تحقيقاً للأجر العظيم الوارد في الوحيين الشريفين، ثم المساهمة في تحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م يأتي دور قسم القراءات بكلية القرآن الكريم في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة في ترسيخ الإبداع والابتكار في تخطيط برامج الدراسات العليا.
أهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره:

بيان جهود قسم القراءات في المساهمة بتحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 متمثلاً ذلك في إظهار الإبداع والابتكار في تخطيط برامج الدراسات العليا.
أهمية شمول الإبداع والابتكار لكل متطلبات تنفيذ برامج الدراسات العليا.
عرض نتائج الإبداع والابتكار في تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج الدراسات العليا.

منهج البحث:  سيعتمد الباحث في منهجه على المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي: ويتمثل في بيان وتوضيح جهود قسم القراءات الإبداعية والمبتكرة في تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج الدراسات العليا.
حدود البحث: برامج الدراسات العليا بقسم القراءات.
خطة البحث: جاءت خطة البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد عن: (فضل القرآن الكريم وتعلمه وتعليمه)، وثلاثة مطالب، وخاتمة، وفهارس، وأما المطالب فهي: التعريف بكلية القرآن الكريم وقسم القراءات، جهود قسم القراءات في ترسيخ مبدأ الإبداع والابتكار في تخطيط برامج الدراسات العليا، جهود القسم في تنفيذ برامج الدراسات العليا بصورة إبداعية ومبتكرة.
أبرز النتائج: التعريف بفضل القرآن الكريم، وتعلمه وتعليمه، أهمية تخطيط وتطوير برامج الدراسات العليا وتنفيذها بما يتناسب مع متطلبات هيئة تقويم التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية ووفق خطط الجامعة والكلية وقسم القراءات، تنوع مدخلات ومخرجات وعمليات برامج الدراسات العليا، اهتمام قسم القراءات بالتغذية الراجعة والمتمثلة في عمليات تقويم برامج الدراسات العليا.
التوصيات: توظيف الإبداع والابتكار في تخطيط برامج الدراسات العليا بقسم القراءات ليكون دليلًا مرجعيًا تستفيد منه البرامج الأكاديمية المثيلة والشبيهة محليًا وعالميًا، إعداد برنامج تقني متكامل يربط كل عمليات وتقارير برامج الدراسات العليا بقسم القراءات.
:  In order to achieve the great reward contained in the two noble revelations, and then contribute to achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 AD, the role of the Department of Recitations at the College of the Holy Qur’an at the Islamic University of Medina is to consolidate creativity and innovation in planning postgraduate programs.
The importance of research and the reasons for its choice:
1- Explaining the efforts of the Reading Department in contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, represented by showing creativity and innovation in planning graduate studies programs.
2- The importance of the inclusion of creativity and innovation of all requirements for the implementation of graduate studies programs.
3- View the results of creativity and innovation in planning and implementing graduate studies programs.
Research Methodology: In his approach, the researcher will rely on the historical and analytical descriptive approach: is to explain and clarify the efforts of the creative and innovative readings department in planning and implementing graduate studies.

Research Plan:  The research plan included an introduction and a preface on: (The virtue of the Holy Qur’an, its learning and teaching), three demands, a conclusion, and indexes. As for the demands, they are: introducing the College of the Holy Qur’an and the Department of Recitations, the efforts of the Recitations Department in establishing the principle of creativity and innovation in Planning postgraduate programs, the department’s efforts to implement postgraduate programs in a creative and innovative manner.
The most prominent results: Introduction to the Holy Qur’an, its learning and teaching, the importance of planning and developing postgraduate programs and their implementation in accordance with the requirements of the Education Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with the plans of the university, college and the Readings Department, the diversity of inputs and outputs of the operations of postgraduate programmes, the Readings Department’s interest in feedback and feedback. In the process of evaluating postgraduate programs.
Recommendations: Use of creativity and innovation in planning graduate studies programs in the Reading Department to be a reference guide from which academic programs are used and similar locally and globally, preparing an integrated technical program that links all the operations and reports of graduate studies programs in the Reading Department.
