الأسرة في ضوء سورة البقرة

فالأسرة لها أهمية کبرى في حياة الفرد المجتمع ؛ لأجل ذلک ذکرها الله سبحانه وتعالى في عدة سور من القرآن الکريم ومن ضمن هذه السور ؛ سورة البقرة فسورة البقرة وردت فيها أحکام الاسرة ، ومن هذا المنطلق تطرقت لهذا البحث؛ فهذه السورة اشتملت على عدة أحکام ؛ ومعظم الأحکام التشريعية : في العقائد ، والعبادات ،والمعاملات والأخلاق ، وفي أمور الزواج ، والطلاق ، والعدة، وغيرها من الأحکام الشرعية ، وعلى سبيل المثال : "احکام الصوم ، أحکام الحج والعمرة ،وأحکام الجهاد في سبيل الله ، شئون الاسرة وما يتعلق بها ، من الزواج والطلاق ، والرضاع ، والعدة ،تحريم نکاح المشرکات ، والتحذير من معاشرة النساء في حالة الحيض ، وغيرها من الأحکام ؛ کتحريم الربا ، فسورة البقرة فيها جل أحکام التشريع الاسلامي .
وخطة البحث على نسق الآيات التي تضمنت " أحکام الأسرة في ضوء سورة البقرة  ؛ والخطة تشتمل على الآتي : مقدمة ، وتمهيد ،وخمسة  مباحث ، وخاتمة .
فأحکام الأسرة في هذه السورة بدأت بالزواج ، وانتهت بالطلاق ،ثم تطرقت لعدد من الأحکام ؛ ومن ضمنها النهي عن نکاح المشرکات ، والنهي عن مضاجعة الزوجة في حالة الحيض ، فوضعت حلولاً لبعض المشاکل التي تطرأ على الأسرة ؛ مثل الايلاء هو عدم وطء المرأة مدة محددة إذا کانت المرأة ناشز ، وکذلک الطلاق فجعله الله سبحانه وتعالى مرتان ، لکي ترتدع المرأة الناشز لأن الطلاق له تأثير نفسي کبير عليها اذا کانت تريد زوجها ؛ وان کان هو مبغوضاً عند الله تبارک وتعالى .ِ

Abstract
The family has a great importance in the life of the individual community. For this reason, God Almighty mentioned it in several chapters of the Noble Qur’an, and among these suras: Surat Al-Baqara, the Surah of Al-Baqara, in which the family’s rulings are mentioned, and from this standpoint it touched upon this research; this Surah included several provisions; Legislative provisions: In beliefs, acts of worship, transactions and ethics, in matters of marriage, divorce, and several, and other legal provisions, for example: “provisions for fasting, provisions for Hajj and Umrah, provisions for jihad in the cause of God, family affairs and related matters, from marriage Divorce, breastfeeding, and iddah prohibiting corporate marriage And warning against women having sexual intercourse in the event of menstruation, and other rulings, such as the prohibition of usury, because the sacrifice of the cow contains most of the provisions of Islamic legislation.
And the research plan is according to the verses that included "the provisions of the family in the light of Surat Al-Baqara. The plan includes the following: an introduction, a prelude, five sections, and a conclusion.
The provisions of the family in this surah started with marriage, ended with divorce, and then touched upon a number of rulings; among them is the prohibition of marriage to partners, and the prohibition of sexual intercourse with the wife in the case of menstruation, so I put solutions to some of the problems that arise on the family, such as abandonment is the non-intercourse of a woman for a specific period if The woman was disobedient, as was the divorce, so God made him glorified and exalted twice, in order for the disobedient woman to be deterred because the divorce has a great psychological impact on her if she wants her husband; and if he is hated by God Almighty
