(منهج الإمام العتابي في کتابه شرح الجامع الکبير، دراسة حول المؤلف، ومصنفاته، وطريقته في الشرح)

الحمد لله حمداً کثيراً والشکر له شکراً کبيراً والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين محمد المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد. فهذا البحث مقدم للنشر في مجلة الأزهر عنوان البحث (منهج الإمام العتابي في کتابه شرح الجامع الکبير، دراسة حول المؤلف، ومصنفاته، وطريقته في الشرح). ويقدم هذا البحث دراسة لکتاب شرح الجامع للإمام العتابي من حيث التعريف بالإمام  والتعريف بکتابه شرح الجامع، والمصنفات التي ألفها الإمام، مع بيان منهجه وطريقته في شرح الجامع، ويقوم البحث على المنهجين الاستقرائي ثم التطبيقي، وتظهر قيمة الکتاب العلمية کونه شرح لمتن من أهم المتون في الفقه الحنفي، وهو کتاب "الجامع الکبير " للإمام محمد بن الحسن الشيباني الذي يعتبر أحد کتب ظاهر الرواية. التي عليها التعويل في المذهب الحنفي. وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وفصلين. بينت في المقدمة أسباب اختيار الموضوع وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه. والفصل الأول: التعريف بالإمام العتابي. والفصل الثاني: التعريف بکتاب شرح الجامع الکبير. ثم زودت البحث بعدد من  الفهارس؛ خدمة للکتاب، وتسهيلا لمن أراد الرجوع إلى محتويات البحث.
 
Praise be to God, many thanks and thanks to him, a big thank you, and peace and blessings be upon the master of the prophets and messengers, Muhammad, the envoy, a mercy to the worlds, and to his family and companions as well. This research is submitted for publication in Al-Azhar magazine, the title of the research (Imam Al-Atabi approach in his book Explanation of the Great Mosque, a study on the author, his works, and his method of explanation). This research provides a study for the book Explanation of the Whole by Imam al-Atabi in terms of the definition of the Imam and the definition of his book Explaining the Whole, and the works compiled by the Imam, with a description of his method and his method of explaining the whole, and the research is based on the inductive and applied approaches, and the value of the scientific book shows that it is an explanation of one of the most important components in Hanafi jurisprudence, which is the book "The Great Mosque" of Imam Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Shaibani, which is considered one of the books of the apparent novel. Which must rely on the Hanafi school. The research included an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, I explained the reasons for choosing the topic and the research plan, and my method in it. And the first chapter: introducing Imam Al-Atabi. And the second chapter: introducing the book explaining the Great Mosque. Then it provided the research with a number of indexes, to serve the book, and to facilitate those who wanted to refer to the contents of the research.
