ذکاة المال المستفاد وتطبيقاته المعاصرة دراسة فقهية مقارنة

هذا بحث بعنوان : زکاة المال المستفاد وتطبيقاته المعاصرة ) دراسة فقهية مقارنة( يتعرض لمسألة فقهية ثار التساؤل عنها في اآلونة األخيرة ، وهي : زکاة رواتب الموظفين وکسب أصحاب المهن الحرة کالطبيب والمحامي وغيرهما ، وهي أموال طيبة ينبغي أن تؤدى زکاتها ، إال أنه ال يوجد ما يدل صراحة على کيفية تزکيتها ، مما أثار بعض التساؤالت عن کيفية تزکية هذه األموال ومعرفة األصل الفقهي الذي يمکن تخريجها عليه ، فأصبحت الحاجة ملحـة لتناول هـذا الموضوع بالبحث والدراسة . ً وقد حصلت محاوالت من جانب بعض العلماء لتخريج هذه األموال فقهيا والحاقها باألموال المعروفة من قبل ، وکان أبرزها : تخريجها على المال المستفاد . لذا فقد رأيت أن أتناول زکاة المال المستفاد بالبحث والدراسة مع کل ما يندرج تحته ويتخرج على حکمه ، حتى تعم الفائدة ويکثر النفع ، ولکثرة ما يرد فيه من تساؤالت وما يعتريه من لبس لدى العامة وغيرهم . وقد تناولت في بحثي حقيقة المال المستفاد وبيان أقسامه ، ثم تکلمت عن کيفية تزکية کل قسم من األقسام ، وأتبعت ذلک : بذکر الصور الحديثة التي يمکن تخريجها على المال المستفاد وخالف العلماء المعاصرين في ذلک ، وذيلت ذلک کله بخاتمة ذکرت فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصلت لها في البحث . زکاة المال المستفاد وتطبيقاته المعاصرة دراسة فقهية مقارنة Research summary This research is entitled: Zakat of the money used and its contemporary applications (a comparative jurisprudence study), which is subject to a jurisprudential question raised in recent times: zakaah on the salaries of the employees and the gain of the free professions such as the doctor, lawyer and others, which is good money should be paid, Which clearly raises the question of how to recommend it, raising some questions about how to recommend these funds and knowledge of the jurisprudential origin, which can be graduated, it became urgent need to address this subject research and study.
