Their vengeance is a guarantee for the progress of societies. Their deviation is the cause of loss of nations and societies. As, it has recently emerged as a result of unemployment, educational evasion, the phenomenon spread of street children and the use of drugs of all kinds. ،The delinquency Some Juveniles between ten and Juveniles seventeen ages to commit some harmful crimes toward security of society and individuals. Such issue raises the problem: that the motive is the internal influence orpsychological reason that gives the juvenile the force which in turn moves the will to commit a specific crime, and these motives for crime do not fall under the result of the difference of juveniles in terms of sex, culture, thinking, time and place. I was prompted to write on this subject because of several important matters: - Awareness of showing the community with the risks that may be caused due to spread of this dangerous scourge, the motives of criminality of thejuvenile and that it is not suitable for the Muslim community. The research aims at highlighting on important points, the most important of them are: - Showing the crimes committingof juveniles, to show the extent to which their criminal motives are respected, and to highlight the factors that led to the prevalence of juvenile crimes. I reached to many results of most important: - Motive effects to the juvenile actions vary in their strength, which may reach to the extent that puts a pressure on the will of the juvenile . - Causes of the crimes committing is due to the lack of religious belief, as a result of the shrinking of the task of enjoining good and forbidding evil,and not educating youths, and the negligence of the rulers in applying the Sharia and the intellectual invasion promoted by Secularists.
