مفهوم الوسطية وأثره في الأمن المجتمعي دراسة في ضوء الثقافة الإسلامية

يقوم اإلسالم على الوسطية الشاملة والعامة واليت ال تعرتف بتقسيم اليمني والوسط واليسار فهي وسطية تظهر يف العقيدة ,و التشريع ,و األخالق , واالجتماع ,و السياسة , ويف مجيع مناحي احلياة وقد عرض هذا البحث ملفهوم الوسطية وأثره يف األمن اجملتمعي دراسة يف ضوء الثقافة اإلسالمية من خالل مقدمة ومبحثني أما املقدمة, فقد تناولت أسباب اختيار البحث, وأسئلة البحث, والدراسات السابقة, وخطة البحث, ومنهجية البحث, وعرض املبحث األول مفهوم الوسطية واملفاهيم املقاربة له وايضاح ملظاهر الوسطية يف الشريعة اإلسالمية , کما عرض هذا املبحث ملعيار الوسطية ووسائل التعرف عليها حيث إن معيار الوسطية يف کل أمر هو العلم احلاصل عن مصدر املعرفة املعتمد فيما خيص هذا األمر, فما کان مصدر معرفته الشرع, أبن دل عليه الشرع أنه وسط, سواء بداللة النص أو بداللة غريه من املصادر الشرعية, علم أنه ً ملفهوم وسطية األمة احملمدية ووجوب التزامها بذلک فوصف الوسطية هو الوسط ,,وعرض أيضا اثبت لکل من التزم مبنزلة الوسط من أفراد هذه األمة, خبالف من جانب هذه املنزلة أو صار ا عنها من أهل الغلو والتشدد أو من أهل اجلفاء والتفريط , ً خارج , وعرض املبحث الثاين: ألثر الوسطية يف األمن اجملتمعي ,فوضح بداية مفهوم األمن اجملتمعي وعناية اإلسالم به حيث يعد مصطلح األمن اجملتمعي من املصطلحات احلديثة اليت برزت على الساحة الفکرية يف أواخر القرن املاضي , مع کونه حمل عناية اإلسالم منذ ظهور الدعوة, ويظهر ذلک من تکرار دعواته الرامية إىل وحدة اجملتمع واحملذرة من متزقه إىل مجاعات متناحرة أو تشرذمه إىل فرق متقاطعة , وتوضيح ألثر الوسطية يف األمن اجملتمعي , وإشکاالت حول الوسطية, ومنها قول البعض أبهنا لني مطلق وإعطاء للدنية يف مواقف اإلابء. وهذا يف احلقيقة مفهوم ثقايف مغلوط مفارق ملفهوم الوسطية اليت هي وضع الشيء يف موضعه الصحيح. کما أوصى البحث بتحلي اجملتمع اإلسالمي مببادئ الوسطية ؛ مع حث وسائل اإلعالم بضرورة تفعيل النقاش واحلوار حول مفهوم الوسطية وترسيخه يف عقول الشباب مع ضرورة حبث أمثال هذه املسائل اهلامة وطباعتها ونشرها بني الناس, وتکوين قاعدة بياانت حبثية هبذا الشأن , ابإلضافة إىل ضرورة حبث وقحقيق الرتا اإلسالمي الذ يعزز أمثال تلک املفاهيم العظيمة وانتاج موسوعة علمية ملفهوم الوسطية, وداللة مشوله ملبادئ اإلسالم العظيمة وتکثيف البحث يف األمن اجملتمعي, ويف الضماانت العامة حلقوق املواطنني, ويف السلم االجتماعي, وآاثره يف اجملتمع املسلم وطرح حلول لإلشکاليات والشبهات اليت تنايف ثقافة الوسطية يف اإلسالم . مفهوم الوسطية وأثره في األمن المجتمعي دراسة في ضوء الثقافة اإلسالمية Abstract Islam is built on comprehensive and general moderation; it does not recognize those right, left and centre divisions. It is that moderation obvious in the Islamic belief, legislation, ethics, sociology, and politics and all aspects of life. This research tackles the concept of moderation and its impact on societal security. It is a study conducted in light of the Islamic culture through an introduction and two sections. As for the introduction, it deals with the reasons for choosing the research theme, research questions, previous studies, research plan, and research methodology. The first section tackles the concept of moderation and some similar concepts and clarifies the aspects of moderation in the sharee'ah (Islamic law). It also presents the criterion of moderation and means of identifying it, as the criterion of moderation in each matter is the knowledge obtained from the source of knowledge adopted in relation to this matter. Whatever is known from the sharee'ah (Islamic law), whether through the text or other legitimate sources, it is known then to be moderate. It also presents the concept of moderation of the Muhammadan Umma (the nation of Prophet Muhammad) and how it has to stick to moderation. The description of moderation is constant for whoever complies with moderation in Islam, other than those who kept away from this merit, such as people of extremism, radicalism, discourteousness and extravagance. The second section deals with the impact of moderation on social security. It made clear when the concept of social security came into being and how Islam takes good care of it. Social security is one of the modern terms that emerged in the intellectual arena late in the last century. Islam has paid attention to that concept, since Islam came into existence, and this is clear in Islam's call for the unity of the community and warning against its division into rival and conflicting groups and sects. The second section also deals with the impact of moderation on social security and the problems related to it, including some opinions that moderation is about absolute leniency and giving inferiority in the situations requiring rejection. This is in fact a mistaken cultural concept that is different from the concept of moderation which is about putting things in their proper places. The study also recommends that the Islamic community should be guided by the principles of moderation and urges the media to activate the debate and dialogue on the concept of moderation and implant it in the minds of young people, with the need to discuss such issues, print them and spread them among people, create a research database in this regard, conduct research on Islamic heritage so as to promote such great concepts, produce a scientific encyclopaedia of the concept of moderation in order to prove that moderation is there in all the principles of Islam, and go deeply into social security, the general guarantees of the rights of citizens, social peace and their impacts on the Muslim community, and solutions to the problems and suspicions that contradict the culture of moderation in Islam.
