أثر الصفات البشرية على عدالة رواة الحديث النبوي الشريف، دراسة موضوعية، (أمثلة ونماذج) Impact of Human Attributes on the Integrity of Hadith Narrators: An Objective Study with Exemplary Models

هدف هذا البحث طرح فكرة لم يُسبق طرحها من قبل، وهي إفراد البحث لما يتعلق بالصفات البشرية، وتأثير ذلك على الرواة، والاهتمام به عن غيره من المواضيع الأخرى، وذلك لصعوبة جمع سير وأحوال الـرواة السابقة لروايـتـهم منــذ نشأتهم، وربط ذلك بشخصياتهم، وأثـر ذلك على عدالتـهم سلـبًا وإيجـابًا. وقد اقتصر البحث على بعض الأمثلة في القرنين الثاني والثالث الهجريين، لمعرفة الصفات البشرية (الحسنة وغير الحسنة) على الرواة، وأثر هذه الصفات على الرواة قبولًا وردًا. ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي، بتتبع كلام بعض الأئمة النقاد في بعض الرواة، وقد توصل الباحث لجملة من النتائج ومنها: أنَّ تتبع الصفات البشرية لدى الرواة معقول جدًا، فنحن نجد في مجتمعاتنا من يقبل الناسُ خبرَه، ويثقون فيه مباشرة، فما عرفوه إلا صادقًا. ومن الناس من لا يقبل الناسُ خبرَه، ولا يثقون به، لمجازفته في النقل وزياداته على ما سمع، وتوهمه ما لم يكن. والرواة بشر وهم غير معصومين، ولصفاتهم البشرية تأثير عليهم، وعلى عدالتهم. وأنّ عدالة راوي الحديث؛ قد تسقطها صفة سيئة في تعامله مع غيره. والعدالة تجمع بين أمرين: صلاح الدين، وتمام المروءة. واتضح من خلال البحث: دقة منهج المحدثين في تتبع أحوال الرواة بتتبع ديانتهم، ومروءتهم. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج بيّن الباحث بأهميّة الجانب التطبيقي القائم على التتبع والنظر والمقارنة؛ لطلاب الحديث وعلومه.
This research endeavors to introduce a new conceptualization, specifically focusing on the human attributes of Hadith narrators and their consequential influence, prioritizing this dimension over other conventional subjects of investigation. This emphasis arises from the inherent challenges in comprehensively documenting the biographical details and circumstances of narrators from their formative years and establishing a correlation between these factors and their inherent attributes. Furthermore, the study seeks to explain the subsequent impact of these attributes on their integrity, both positively and negatively. This investigation is limited to illustrative examples from the second and third Hijra centuries, aiming to discern the effect of human attributes, both good and bad, on the narrators and the resultant acceptance or rejection of their narrations. To achieve these objectives, the researcher employed an inductive methodology, meticulously analyzing the statements of prominent critical scholars about specific narrators. The research individuals whose accounts are readily accepted and implicitly trusted due to their established integrity. Conversely, there are those whose narrations are met with skepticism and distrust, as a result of their unwarranted speculation and embellishment of the original narration, as well as their unfounded suppositions. Narrators, being fallible human beings, are inevitably influenced by their inherent human attributes, which consequently bear upon their integrity. Moreover, the integrity of a hadith narrator can be destroyed by a bad characteristic in their interpersonal conduct. The concept of integrity encompasses two integral components: religious uprightness and virtuous conduct. The research further shows the meticulousness of the hadith scholars’ methodology in their examination of narrators' circumstances, encompassing both their religious adherence and their uprightness. In light of these findings, the researcher underscores the paramount importance of an applied dimension, based on systematic tracing, critical evaluation, and comparative analysis, for researchers of hadith and its associated sciences.
