يحقق هذا البحث جانبًا من الجوانب القضائية المتعلقة بالتراث الفقهي، وهو تحقيق (كتاب الشهادات) من مختصرٍ فقهي جليل في فقه الشافعية، وهو معتمدٌ على كتاب مهمٍّ هو حلية العلماء للشاشي الشافعي، وله عنايةٌ بنقل الخلاف العالي والنازل بين المذاهب الأربعة وغيرها، ويعنى البحث بإظهار المخطوطِ للمرة الأولى بالاعتماد على نسخةٍ خطيةٍ فريدة، وتوثيق مسائله المذكورة من كتب المذاهب الفقهية المعتبرة، والتقديم بترجمة للمصنف والتعريف به. 
This research investigates one of the judicial aspects related to the jurisprudential heritage, which is the investigation of (The Book of Testimonies) from a great jurisprudential summary in Shafi’i jurisprudence. It is based on an important book, Hilyat al-Ulama by al-Shashi al-Shafi’i, and it is concerned with conveying the high and low disagreement between the four schools of thought and others. The research is concerned with showing the manuscript for the first time, relying on a handwritten copy.Unique, documenting the issues mentioned in the books of the respected schools of jurisprudence, and introducing the author with a biography and introduction.
