تطبيق تكنولوجيا الميتافيرس في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية (الأسس التنظيمية – الضوابط الشرعية – المعالجات القانونية) Application of Metaverse Technology In Islamic Financial Institutions (Regulatory Foundations - Sharia Controls - Legal Treatments)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تكنولوجيا الميتافيرس، وإمكاناتها الابتكارية التي دفعت المؤسسات المالية إلى تبني إستراتيجيات لاحتضانها التي يمكن من خلالها إشراك العملاء، والتسويق، وابتكار منتجات جديدة، وتعزيز منصات الخدمات المصرفية، وإعادة التركيز على الخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة.
وتستمد هذه الدِرَاسَة أهميتها من تزايد الاهتمام بتطبيق تكنولوجيا الميتافيرس، حيث تمثل دورًا كبيرًا في تطور الصناعة المصرفية، مما دفع اتحاد المصارف العربية إلى الدعوة إلى وضع معايير جديدة لتبني تلك التقنية.
وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي، القائم عَلَى الاستقراء، والتحليل العميق لاستشراف المستقبل؛ لاتخاذ خطوات استباقية؛ بالاعتماد على خرائط الاتجاهات، وسيناريوهات التوقعات المستقبلية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا الميتافيرس ستؤدي دورًا كبيرًا في تطور الصناعة المصرفية داخل الإمارات العربية وخارجها، لا سيما في سياقات المعالجات السريعة للبيانات المالية، وأتمتتها، وإدارتها، ودعم تبادل المعلومات.
This study aims to identify metaverse technology and its innovative potential that prompted financial institutions to adopt strategies to embrace this technology, through which customer engagement, marketing, innovation of new products, promotion of banking services platforms, and refocusing on value-added services can be achieved.
This study derives its importance from the growing interest in the application of Metaverse technology, as it plays a major role in the development of the banking industry, prompting the Union of Arab Banks to call for setting new standards for adopting this technology.
The study relies on the deductive approach, which is based on induction, and deep analysis to anticipate the future. to take proactive steps; Depending on trend maps, and future forecast scenarios.
The study concluded that metaverse technology will play a major role in the development of the banking industry inside and outside the UAE, especially in the contexts of rapid financial data processing, automation, management, and support for information exchange.
