بدل الخلو Badal Khalu

إن الله تعالى قد نظم علاقة العبد بربه بشرعية العبادات، ونظم علاقة الناس فيما بينهم بشرعية المعاملات، فجاءت أحكام المعاملات الشرعية نظامًا كاملًا، رافعًا للظلم والاستغلال، خادمًا لحاجيات الإنسان ومنها الإجارة والاستئجار.
وإن من مسائل الإجارة المستحدثة مسألة (بدل الخلو) وقد استخرم الباحث المنهج التحليلي ، وقد توصل الباحث لعدة نتائج
 الخلو هو "المنفعة التي يملكها دافع النقود إلى المالك أو إلى المستأجر قبله ليحصل على حق القرار في العقار".
بدل الخلو هو "مبلغ من المال يدفعه الشخص نظير تنازل المنتفع بعقار - أرض أو دار أو محل أو حانوت - عن حقه في الانتفاع به".

Khalu is "the benefit that the payer of money has to the owner or to the tenant before him to obtain the right to decide on the property."
Khalu is "an amount of money that a person pays in exchange for the beneficiary of a property - land, house, shop, or store - relinquishing his right to benefit from it."
