تمتاز الشريعة الإسلامية باليسر، والسهولة، والشمول، ورفع الحرج، والمشقة عن الناس في جميع أحوالهم، ومن صور التخفيف ورفع الحرج الجمع بين الصلاتين للعذر المبيح له
وقد تناول البحث تعريف الجمع بين الصلاتين ، ومدى مشروعية الجمع للعذر واختلاف الفقهاء في ذلك، ثم تناول البحث، الأعذار المبيحة للجمع بين الصلاتين وهي: الجمع للسفر ، والجمع للمرض، والجمع للمطر، والجمع للوحل والظلمة، والجمع للخوف واختلاف الفقهاء في ذلك، ثم الخاتمة وبها أهم النتائج.
Islamic law is characterized by ease, simplicity, comprehensiveness, and the removal of hardship and difficulty from people in all their circumstances. One of the forms of alleviation and the removal of hardship is combining prayers for an excuse that permits it.
The research dealt with the definition of combining prayers, the extent of the legitimacy of combining for an excuse and the difference of jurists in that, then the research dealt with the excuses that permit combining prayers, which are: combining for travel, combining for illness, combining for rain, combining for mud and darkness, combining for fear and the difference of jurists in that, then the conclusion with the most important results.
