إن علمَ الفقه من أهم العلوم المرتبطة بفهم نصوص الكتاب والسنة على الوجه الصحيح، وقد أولى العلماءُ هذا الفن عنايةً فائقة، واهتموا به اهتماماً كبيراً، وصنفوا فيه المصنفات ما بين مختصرٍ ومبسوط ومتنٍ وشرحٍ ومنثور ومنظوم، ومن ذلك: أنهم أفردوا بعض أبواب الفقه بالتصنيف والعناية لأهميتها وجمع شتاتها واستقصاء أحكامها، ولعل من أهم هذه المصنفات (نظم العربي في الذكاة) الذي بين أيدينا للشيخ العالم المحقق ابن أبي المحاسن محمد العربي بن يوسف بن محمد الفهري الفاسي المالكي (ت:1052هــ) والذي سماه: (القلائد المنسبكاتْ في أحكام الذكاةْ) وقد اخترت في هذا البحث تحقيقه ودراسته مستعيناً بالله تعالى
The science of jurisprudence is one of the most important sciences related to understanding the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah in the correct manner. Scholars have given this art great attention and have paid great attention to it, and have classified works in it between abridged and expanded, text and explanation, prose and poetry. Among these: they have singled out some chapters of jurisprudence for classification and care due to their importance, gathering their fragments and examining their rulings. Perhaps the most important of these works is (Nasm al-Arabi fi al-Dhikah) which is in our hands by the learned scholar Sheikh Ibn Abi al-Mahasin Muhammad al-Arabi bin Yusuf bin Muhammad al-Fahri al-Fasi al-Maliki (d. 1052 AH), who called it: (Al-Qala’id al-Munsabakat fi Ahkam al-Dhikah). I have chosen in this research to investigate and study it, seeking the help of God Almighty.
