تدور فكرة هذا البحث حول إبراز بعض الجهود المبذولة من المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب الذي هو محصله ونتيجة لتطرف فكري في البداية، ويبين هذا البحث الجهود على الصعيدين الدولي مثل إنشاء المركز العالمي لمكافحة الفكر المتطرف – اعتدال، وإنشاء التحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب، والانضمام والتنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية في مكافحة الإرهاب، وتنظيم المؤتمرات التي تختص بمكافحة بكل صوره وأشكاله، ومنها الإرهاب الفكري. وعلى الصعيد المحلي مثل استحداث الأنظمة والتشريعات لضبط التجاوزات، وإنشاء الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني، وإنشاء مراكز لمكافحة الإرهاب الفكري، ثم بعد ذلك نحاكم الإرهاب ونعرضه على ميزان الشرع.
The idea of this search is to reflect some efforts made by Saudi Arabia in the field of combating terrorism which is a purely intellectual property and as a result of an intellectual end at the beginning, and this search shows efforts at the international level such as the establishment of the Global Centre for Combating Terrorism, the creation of the Military Coalition Alliance for Terrorism, Accession and Complete Implementation of International Conventions and Protocols in Combating Terrorism, the Organization of Conferences to Combat Terrorism and its forms, including Intellectual Terrorism
. Globally, such as creating systems and legislation for adjusting excesses, creating a national cyber-security configuration, and creating centers to combat intellectual terrorism Then we judge terrorism from the point of view of the Islamic religion
