تناولت هذه الدارسة سماع التابعي الجليل عراك بن مالك رحمه الله من
أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها، وبدأت بأمر مهم له علاقة وطيدة بالبحث، ألا وهو الإسناد المعنعن وحكمه، ثم الترجمة لعراك بن مالك رحمه الله، وأم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها ، ثم ذكر أقوال العلماء المثبتين لسماع عراك بن مالك من أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها، وكذلك أقوال العلماء النافين لسماعه منها، ثم مناقشة تلك الأقوال وبيان الراجح وهو سماعه منها، مع ذكر الأدلة التي تدل على ذلك.  
This study dealt with the hearing of the great follower Arak bin Malik, may God have mercy on him, from the Mother of the Believers Aisha, may God be pleased with her, and began with an important matter that has a close relationship to the research, which is the chain of transmission and its ruling, then the biography of Arak bin Malik, may God have mercy on him, and the Mother of the Believers Aisha, may God be pleased with her, then mentioning the statements of the scholars who confirm the hearing of Arak bin Malik from the Mother of the Believers Aisha, may God be pleased with her, as well as the statements of the scholars who deny his hearing from her, then discussing those statements and clarifying the most likely, which is his hearing from her, with mentioning the evidence that indicates that.
