ألفاظ النباتات في إقليم سدير بالمملكة العربية السعودية "دراسة معجمية موضوعية مصورة" Plant Words in Sudair Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "An Illustrated Thematic Dictionary Study"

هذا بحث تناول بعضًا من ألفاظ النباتات في إقليم سدير بالسعودية، أردت من خلاله أن أعرض لفكرة المعجم الموضوعي المصور، وذلك من خلال توضيح مفردات لألفاظ من النباتات توجد غالبيتها في الصحراء.
ويرجع سبب اختيار البحث إلى أنني لاحظت أن كثيرًا من ألفاظ النباتات المتداولة بين أبناء الإقليم لربما غير معروف للبيئات الأخرى إذ إن معظمها يرجع العلم بها إلى الظروف التضاريسية والأحوال المناخية للإقليم، فأردت أن تعم الفائدة بربط الماضي بالحاضر من خلال تأصيل الألفاظ المتناولة (مادة الدراسة) في المعاجم العربية القديمة؛ لبيان مدى الاتفاق والاختلاف . 
وقد تمثل منهج البحث في جمع مفردات البحث من أفواه الأجداد والآباء ــ أصل الإقليم ــ، حيث تم جمع المفردات الخاصة، ثم بيان مفاهيمها من خلال الاعتماد على النقاط الآتية:
1 - الاعتماد على عدة معاجم عربية متنوعة في عصور مختلفة لربط الحاضر بالماضي .
2 - القيام بزيارات ميدانية إلى بلدان الإقليم لمعرفة النباتات المشهورة في كل بلد.
3- المشاهدة العينية لأشكال النباتات المتناولة.
4- تزويد البحث بصور واضحة عن كل نبات من النباتات محل الدراسة، وساعدني على ذلك ما وجدته من صور على شبكة الانترنت والتأكد من مطابقتها للنباتات محل الدراسة وما شاهدته من صور حية لهذه النباتات.
وقد اتضحت خطة البحث في الآتي:
مقدمة، وتمهيد تحدثت فيه عن الإقليم ــ موطن الدراسة ــ وحدوده، ومعجم تناول نماذج من ألفاظ النباتات في الإقليم المذكور، وخاتمة البحث، ونتائجه، وتوصياته.
This is a research that deals with some of the plant words in the Sudair Region in Saudi Arabia. I wanted to present the idea of ​​an illustrated thematic dictionary through clarifying the vocabulary of plant words, most of which are found in the desert.
The reason for choosing the research is that I noticed that many of the plant words used by the people of the region may not be known to other environments, as most of them are known to the topographical conditions and climatic conditions of the region. I wanted to spread the benefit by linking the past to the present by rooting the words discussed (the study material) in ancient Arabic dictionaries; to show the extent of agreement and disagreement.
The research methodology was represented in collecting the research vocabulary from the mouths of the grandfathers and fathers - the origin of the region - where the specific vocabulary was collected, then explaining its concepts by relying on the following points:
1 - Relying on several diverse Arabic dictionaries in different eras to link the present with the past.
2 - Conducting field visits to the countries of the region to learn about the famous plants in each country.
3 - Visual observation of the forms of the plants discussed.
4 - Providing the research with clear pictures of each of the plants under study, and I was helped in this by what I found of pictures on the Internet and ensuring that they matched the plants under study and what I saw of live pictures of these plants.
The research plan was clear in the following:
Introduction, and a preface in which I talked about the region - the homeland of the study - and its borders, and a dictionary that included examples of plant words in the mentioned region, and the conclusion of the research, its results, and its recommendations.
