تناولت في هذا البحث مسألة هل الأمر بالشيء نهي عن ضده؟ فبدأت بمقدمة مهدت فيها بمدخل إلى المسألة ثم أهمية موضوع البحث،  ثم بينت أهداف البحث والدراسات السابقة ثم منهج البحث ثم شرعت في صلب الموضوع بتعريف مصطلحات البحث وبيان صورة المسألة، ثم تطرقت بتحرير محل النزاع، وبيان مذاهب العلماء في المسألة مع ذكر أدلة كل منهم ومناقشتها، وذكرت الراجح منها، وسبب الترجيح ثم بينت أن الخلاف في المسألة معنوي وله أثر على كثير من الفروع الفقهية، وأشرت إلى سبب الخلاف كذلك ثم ختمت بخاتمة فيها أهم نتائج البحث.
In this research, I addressed the question of whether ordering something is a prohibition of its opposite? I started with an introduction in which I paved the way for the issue and then the importance of the research topic, then I explained the objectives of the research and previous studies, then the research methodology, then I proceeded to the heart of the subject by defining the research terms and clarifying the image of the issue, then I addressed the subject of the dispute, and clarifying the schools of scholars on the issue with mentioning the evidence of each of them and discussing it, and I mentioned the most likely of them, and the reason for the preference, then I explained that the disagreement on the issue is moral and has an impact on many branches of jurisprudence, and I also indicated the reason for the disagreement, then I concluded with a conclusion that includes the most important results of the research.
