يهدف هذا البحث إلى عرض مشكلات تدريس الفقه الإسلامي في الجامعات، مع طرح مقترحات عملية لعلاجها، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي القائم على وصف الظاهرة كما هي في الميدان، ثم النقد والتحليل للمشكلة، ومن ثم استنتاج بعض الحلول العملية لها. وقد تناول البحث عدداً من الإشكاليات: الأولى: طرق التدريس، فقد انتهى البحث إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بأبرز طرق التدريس الحديثة المتبعة في الوقت الحاضر في الدرس الجامعي إضافة إلى ضرورة توفير الوسائل العلمية وتكنولوجيا التعليم لأساتذة الفقه للقيام بمهامهم على أكمل وجه، والثانية: المقررات الدراسية فقد انتهى البحث إلى ضرورة إعداد كتب جديدة يقوم الأساتذة بتأليفها وفق أساليب وطرق جديدة في وضع المناهج وكيفية تنفيذها، والتركيز أثناء طرح النشاطات للطلبة على النشاطات التفكيرية الإبداعية مع الربط بين الواقع التطبيقي والمقرر الدراسي، فضلاً عن تنوع محتوى المساقات ليشمل العديد من المهارات والمعارف، والثالثة: الفجوة ما بين متطلبات سوق العمل والتدريس الفقهي في الجامعة فقد رأى البحث أن المعالجة تكمن في طرح مجموعات مواد اختيارية لتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل بشكل مباشر.
The research was based on the descriptive approach based on describing the phenomenon as it is in the field, then criticism and analysis of the problem, and then concluding some practical solutions to it. The research dealt with a number of problems: first: teaching methods, the research concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to the most prominent modern teaching methods currently used in the University lesson, in addition to the need to provide scientific means and educational technology for professors of jurisprudence to carry out their tasks to the fullest, and second: academic courses, the research concluded that it is necessary to prepare new books that professors compose according to new methods and methods in developing curricula and how to implement them, focusing during the presentation of activities for students on creative thinking activities with a link between applied reality and the curriculum, as well as the diversity of course content to include many skills and knowledge, the third: The gap between the requirements of the labor market and the teaching of jurisprudence at the University, the research found that the treatment lies in the introduction of optional subject sets to meet the requirements of the labor market directly.
