كتاب الهبة من مخطوط (الشرح الصغير) للإمام الرافعي (المتوفى 623ه) دراسة وتحقيقًا The Book of the Gift from the manuscript of (Al-Sharh Al-Saghir) by Imam Al-Rafi’i (died 623 AH), study and investigation

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة كتاب الهبة من مخطوط (الشرح الصغير) للإمام الرافعي (المتوفى 623ه).
واشتملت الرسالة على مقدمة وقسمين وفهارس، وتشمل المقدمة أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وبيان أهمية ومكانة مخطوط (الشرح الصغير)، وخطة البحث.
أما القسم الأول فيُعنى بدراسة كتاب (الوجيز) والتعريف باسمه وأبرز الأعمال عليه ومؤلِّفه من حيث اسمه ونسبه وحياته العلمية وشيوخه وتلاميذه ومؤلفاته ووفاته، ودراسة مخطوط (الشرح الصغير) من حيث عنوانه وقيمته العلمية ومصادره ومصطلحاته والتعريف بمؤلِّفه من حيث اسمه ونسبه وحياته العلمية وشيوخه وتلاميذه ومؤلفاته ووفاته.
والقسم الثاني يشتمل على التحقيق، ويحتوي على عدة أبواب في كتاب المعاملات ، وفي هذا البحث سيتم تحقيق الجزء الخاص بكتاب الهبة.
ويختم البحث بخاتمة تتناول النتائج وتوصيات البحث، ويليها الفهارس التحليلية
This research aims to study the book Al-Hiba from the manuscript (Al-Sharh Al-Saghir) by Imam Al-Rafi’i (died 623 AH).
The thesis included an introduction, two sections, and indexes. The introduction includes the reasons for choosing the topic, a statement of the importance and status of the manuscript (Al-Sharh Al-Saghir), and the research plan.
As for the first section, it is concerned with studying the book (Al-Wajeez), introducing its name, the most prominent works on it, and its author in terms of his name, lineage, scientific life, his sheikhs, students, writings, and death, and studying the manuscript (Al-Sharh Al-Saghir) in terms of its title, scientific value, sources, and terminology, and introducing its author in terms of his name, lineage, scientific life, his sheikhs, students, and his writings. And his death.
The second section includes the investigation, and contains several chapters on the Book of Transactions, and in this research the part related to the Book of Gifts will be investigated.
The research concludes with a conclusion that addresses the results and research recommendations, followed by analytical indexes
