منهجية الاتجاه الحضاري الإسلامي في بحث قضايا المرأة Methodology of the Islamic civilizational trend in examining women’s issues

ورد في لسان العرب النهج بمعنى طريقٌ نَهْجٌ: بَيِّنٌ واضِحٌ، وَهُوَ النَّهْجُوطُرُقٌ نَهْجَةٌ، وسبيلٌ مَنْهَجٌ: كَنَهْجٍ. ومَنْهَجُ الطريقِ: وضَحُه. والمِنهاجُ: كالمَنْهَجِ. وَفِي التَّنْزِيلِ: لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهاجًا.
ورد في مقاييس اللغة: المنهج: النُّونُ وَالْهَاءُ وَالْجِيمُ أَصْلَانِ مُتَبَايِنَانِ: الْأَوَّلُ النَّهْجُ، الطَّرِيقُ.وَنَهَجَ لِي الْأَمْرَ:أَوْضَحَهُ. وَهُوَ مُسْتَقِيمُ الْمِنْهَاج.  وَالْمَنْهَجُ:الطَّرِيقُ أَيْضًا، وَالْجَمْعُ المناهج.
انتهجَ ينتهج انتِهاجًا، فهو مُنتَهِج، والمفعول: مُنتهَج، ونقول: انتهج الطَّريقَ: أي نهجه، سلكه، وسار عليه.
ولقد اعتمد أصحاب الاتجاه الحضاري في الحديث عن قضايا المرأة على المنهج الديني الإسلامي، والأخذ بأدلته، ليس بمجرد دافع إيماني روحاني فقط؛ وإنما بغرض الدعوة إلى تفعيل الآيات والأحاديث وتحويلها تطبيقًا عمليًّا والعمل على التقريب بين الجانب الروحي والمعتقدات العلمية؛ فإنهم يأخذون النصوص المنزلة ويدعمونها بالنتائج الثابتة والمستخرجة من تجارب العلماء وأقوالهم، ويستنتجون من ذلك الدروس الحضارية.
وبذلك أقول: إن الأصول المنهجية عند المنشغلين بالحضارة الإسلامية في بحث قضايا المرأة تنقسم إلى قسمين: أصول دينية، وأخرى حضارية.

The people of the civilizational trend, in talking about women’s issues, have relied on the Islamic religious approach and adopting its evidence, not just from a spiritual and religious motive alone; Rather, it is for the purpose of calling for the activation of verses and hadiths and transforming them into a practical application and working to bring the spiritual side closer to scientific beliefs. They take the revealed texts and support them with proven results extracted from the experiences and sayings of scholars, and they deduce civilizational lessons from that.
Thus, I say: The methodological principles of those concerned with Islamic civilization in examining women’s issues are divided into two parts: religious principles, and other civilizational principles.
