وهذه المسألة لم يرد فيها نص شرعي بالحل أو الحرمة لأنها معاملة جديدة.
وعذري أني حاولت جاهدة في استخراج حكمها الشرعي وانتظر من الباحثين من يكمل المسيرة بتوسع وبتعمق .
هذا والخطأ وارد فنحن البشر لا عصمة لنا فإن كان من توفيق فمن الله وإن كان من خطأ أو نسيان فمني ومن الشيطان .

In this research, I have tried to extract the legal ruling on the initiative by working out that the basic principle in transactions is that they are permissible unless there is a text prohibiting them.
