تناول البحث مفهوم النظم، وأهميتها وأثرها، وعلاقتها بالثقافة الإسلامية، وخصائصها ومصادرها ومقاصدها وأسس بناءها، حيث استخدم الباحث الدراسة التأصيلية في ذلك، وتكونت الدراسة من مقدمة؛ وفيها أهداف البحث، وأسئلته، وأهميته وأسباب اختياره، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج وخطة البحث، وفيها؛ المبحث التمهيدي؛ وفيه بيان مفاهيم البحث، والمبحث الأول؛ وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، تدور حول أهمية النظم وأثرها، وعلاقتها بالثقافة الإسلامية، والمبحث الثاني؛ وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، تدور حول أنواع النظم وخصائصها ومصادرها، والمبحث الثالث؛ وفيه مطلبان تدور حول مقاصد وأسس بناء النظم، ثم خاتمة؛ وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، توصل الباحث إلى أن النظام في الكون ضرورة، والبشر بحاجة إليه، لأهميته في حياتهم البشرية، وأن العلاقة بين النظم والثقافة الإسلامية، هي أن النظم جزءا من الثقافة الإسلامية، وأن الإسلام دين شامل، شمل جميع النظم التي توجه المجتمع في كل شئون حياته، وأن النظم في الإسلام تميزت بخصائصها ومقاصدها وآثارها، وأسس بنائها، ثم أوصى الباحث بتطبيق النظم في واقع المسلمين، لأهمية وجودها، وحاجتهم إليها، وتميزها عن غيرها من النظم الأخرى.
The research dealt with the concept of systems, their importance and impact, their relationship with Islamic culture, their characteristics, sources, purposes, and the foundations of their construction. The researcher used the original study in that, and the study consisted of an introduction; It contains the objectives of the research, its questions, its importance, the reasons for its selection, its limitations, previous studies, the research methodology and plan, and in it: Introductory research; It contains a statement of the research concepts, and the first section: It contains three demands, revolving around the importance of systems, their impact, and their relationship to Islamic culture, and the second topic: It contains three topics, revolving around the types of systems, their characteristics and sources, and the third section: It contains two topics that revolve around the purposes and foundations of building systems, then a conclusion. It contains the most important results and recommendations. The researcher concluded that order in the universe is a necessity, and humans need it, due to its importance in their human lives, and that the relationship between systems and Islamic culture is that systems are part of Islamic culture, and that Islam is a comprehensive religion that includes all the systems that guide society in All the affairs of his life, and that the systems in Islam were distinguished by their characteristics, purposes, effects, and the foundations of their construction. Then the researcher recommended applying the systems in the reality of Muslims, due to the importance of their existence, their need for them, and their distinction from other systems.
