تعدد الزوجات في ضوء الكتاب والسنة Polygamy according to the Qur’an and Sunnah

استهدف البحث الحالي الوقوف على الحكمة من الزواج، ومعرفة حكم تعدد الزوجات، وإبراز أسباب تعدد الزوجات، والوقوف على بعض أبرز بعض الشبهات المثارة حول تعدد الزوجات، والرد عليها، واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي.
وقد توصل هذا البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الحكمة من الزواج تبرز في عدة أمور من أهمها: النسل، والاستمتاع، وبلوغ الكمال الإنساني، والمشاركة لبناء الحياة. وقد اختلف أهل العلم هل الأصل في الزواج التعدد أم الواحدة؟ وتوصلت إلى أن َّالظاهر من الآية أنها تدل على أن من أمن أنه يعدل بين زوجاته، ولم يَخَف الجور كان له أن يتزوج بأكثر من واحدة، إلى أربع زوجات. وأن الأصل في التعدد الإباحة للرجل إلاّ إذا اعتراه ما يغيّر حكمه من الإباحة إلى غيرها؛ إما التحريم، أو الوجوب، أو الاستحباب،
أو الكراهة.
The current research aimed to: determine the wisdom of marriage, know the provision of polygamy, highlight the reasons for polygamy, identify some of the most suspicions raised about polygamy, and respond to them. In this research, I followed the descriptive inductive approach.
This research has reached the most important results: that the wisdom of marriage stands out in several matters, the most important of which are: Cattle, pleasure, achieving human perfection, and in the construction of life. The scholars have differed Is the principle of marriage polygamy or monogamy? I concluded that what appears from the verse is that it indicates that whoever believes that he will be fair between his wives, and does not fear injustice, has the right to marry more than four wives. And that the origin of polygamy is for a man only if he considers it what changes his judgment from permission to another; either prohibition, or duty, or admiration, or aversion.
