توطين تخصص الثقافة في الجامعات السعودية «ثقافتنا» دواعي، ومظاهر، ومعوقات، ونموذج مقترح Localization of culture specialization in Saudi universities “Our Culture” reasons, manifestations, obstacles, and a proposed model

تتميز الثقافة بدور كبير وأثر بالغ في تحقيق معنى الوطنية وخدمة الوطن وخدمة المواطن، ولذا فيحاول الباحث البحث عن إمكانية توطين تخصص الثقافة في الجامعات السعودية، من خلال بيان دواعي توطين تخصص الثقافة، ومعرفة أهمية توطين تخصص الثقافة، والبحث في مظاهر تخصص الثقافة، ومناحي التوطين فيها، ومعرفة معوقات توطين تخصص الثقافة، ومحاولة علاجها، وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، وتوصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج؛ والتي من أهمها: أن توطين تخصص ثقافتنا قد أضحى أحد أبرز المطالب الوطنية الداخلية، وأن المعنى الإجمالي لفكرة توطين تخصص الثقافة يكمن في كونها تؤدي إلى جعل هذا العلم درعًا واقيًا للوطن مع الأخذ في الاعتبار خصوصيات الوطن الداخلية ومتطلباته وحاجياته، وأن التقويم للتجديد لهذا التخصص متاح، خاصة بعد تجربته عقود طويلة في الأمة والإفادة من الحضارات الأخرى، خاصة فيما لا يتعارض مع ثوابت الإسلام العظيم، وأن اعتبار تخصص ثقافتنا رصيداً معرفيًّا، لتأريخ وفكر المملكة العربية السعودية، موصيًا الباحث بعدد من التوصيات؛ والتي من أهمها: تأليف مفردات منهج جديد يحمل بذور الوطنية الحقة، ويعرضها بتوازن، ويحقق من خلالها توطين هذا التخصص، وخدمة الوطن والمواطن، وإقامة مؤتمرات ذات علاقة بهذا التخصص، خصوصًا وهو مقرر في كل الجامعات السعودية، وطرح موسوعة علمية لمفهوم الثقافة في الإسلام وعلاقتها بالوطنية سلبًا وإيجابًا، بالإضافة إلى الدعم المعرفي لبناء هذا التخصص كعلم مستقل بين العلوم في الإسلام، من خلال رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه فيه.
Culture has a major role and impact in achieving the meaning of patriotism, serving the nation, and serving the citizen. Therefore, the researcher is trying to search for the possibility of localizing the culture specialization in Saudi universities, by explaining the reasons for localizing the culture specialization, knowing the importance of localizing the culture specialization, and researching the manifestations of the culture specialization, and the aspects of localization. In it, and knowing the obstacles to the localization of the culture specialty, and trying to treat them, through the use of the inductive and analytical approach, and the researcher reached a number of results; The most important of which is that the localization of our culture specialization has become one of the most prominent internal national demands, and that the overall meaning of the idea of localizing the culture specialization lies in the fact that it leads to making this science a protective shield for the homeland, taking into account the homeland’s internal peculiarities, requirements, and needs, and that the calendar for renewal of this specialization is available. Especially after his experience for many decades in the nation and benefiting from other civilizations, especially in what does not conflict with the principles of great Islam, and considering the specialization of our culture as a knowledge asset for the history and thought of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations; The most important of which are: creating the vocabulary of a new curriculum that carries the seeds of true patriotism, presents them with balance, and achieves through them the nationalization of this specialty, serving the nation and the citizen, holding conferences related to this specialty, especially since it is scheduled in all Saudi universities, and presenting a scientific encyclopedia of the concept of culture in Islam and its relationship. With patriotism, both negatively and positively, in addition to cognitive support to build this specialty as an independent science among the sciences in Islam, through master’s and doctoral theses in it.
