يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة كل وسيلة تفضي إلى الوقوع في فاحشتي الزنا والقذف في ضوء سورة النور، ومن ثم دراستها دراسة تفسيرية، وتجلية ما فيها من هدايات وتوجيهات ربانية مستندة في الغالب على كتب التفسير لخدمة الموضوع.
وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الوصفي.
وبنيت البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد، وفصلين، وخاتمة. وخرجت بعدد من النتائج، من أهمها:

الزنا كبيرة من الكبائر ويجمع خِلال الشر.
القذف كبيرة وأذى، ويعد فاعله فاسقاً ملعوناً في الدنيا والآخرة.
المنهج القرآني في محاربة الزنا والقذف.

Preventive Methods Against Adultery and False Slandering as Explained in Sūrat (Al-Noor) ​This research aims to study all means that lead to fall into the immorality of adultery and false slander in light of Sūrat (Chapter) Al-Noor (The Light). Then, an interpretive study of the Sūrat shall be rendered to clarify the Divine guidance and instructions therein mostly on the basis of exegesis books to serve the topic. I relied on  the analytical -descriptive   method  in this study building the research on an Introduction,
 a Preface, two Chapters and a Conclusion. I came out with a number of results, the key of which are as follows:

Adultery/fornication is one of the major sins and combines all features of evil.
• False slander is a great sin and harm. Its perpetrator is considered a perverted transgressor and a cursed person both in this life and in the Hereafter.
• The Quranic method in fighting adultery and false slander is demonstrated.
