تناول هذا البحث مفهوم الدروب شيبنج(  Drop Shipping ) وخطواته وإيجابياته وسلبياته، ثم تناول التكييف الفقهي للدروب شيبنج من خلال عرض أقوال المعاصرين مع الاستدلال والترجيح، ثم بيان الأثر الفقهي المترتب على  التكييف الفقهي للدروب شيبنج، ثم تناول البدائل الشرعية لنظام الدروب شيببنج بين الإشكالات والمعالجات، مبينا: تصحيح نظام الدروب شيبنج من خلال عقد السلم، حيث تناول: تعريف السلم وبيان أهم شروطه، مع بيان: إشكال عدم تعجيل الثمن في السلم ومعالجته في الدروب شيبنج، وإشكال بيع السلعة (المسلم فيه) قبل قبضها ومعالجته في الدروب شيبنج، ثم بيان تصحيح نظام الدروب شيبنج من خلال الوعد بالتعاقد، متناولا: إشكال عدم الإلزام بالوعد ومعالجته في الدروب شيبنج، وإشكال بيع السلعة قبل قبضها في المواعدة ومعالجته في الدروب شيبنج، ثم بيان تصحيح نظام الدروب شيبنج من خلال الوكالة بأجر، مبينا: إشكال جهالة أجرة الوكيل(تاجر التجزئة) في الوكالة عن تاجر الجملة ومعالجته في الدروب شيبنج، وإشكال عدم إخبار الوكيل لموكله بالثمن الذي اشترى به  في الوكالة عن المستهلك ومعالجته في  الدروب شيبنج.
