آيات الولاء والبراء والموقف من الآخر المسالم: قراءة جديدة في ضوء السياق وأسباب النزول والواقع المعيش

يتناول هذا البحث آيات الولاء والبراء والموقف من الآخر المسالم، في ضوء السياق القرآني وأسباب النزول، مع الالتفات بعناية لكيفية تنزيل دلالات الآيات القرآنية على الواقع المعيش. وهو ينقسم إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وسبعة مطالب، وخاتمة، وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. أما المقدمة فقد تناولت أسباب الدراسة ودوافعها، والدراسات السابقة، كما تتناول تساؤلات الدراسة وأهدافها ومنهجها وأقسامها. وتولى التمهيد دراسة الولاء والبراء لغة واصطلاحًا، مع وضع تعريف مقترح لمفهومي الولاء والبراء. وتناول المطلب الأول آيات النهي عن موالاة الكفار ومودتهم وبيان مغبة توليهم. وناقش المطلب الثاني: آيات تحصر الولاية في المؤمنين دون غيرهم، وتحصر ولاية الكفار فيهم. وتولى المطلب الثالث دراسة الآيات التي تشير إلى بغض غير المسلمين للمسلمين ورغبتهم في ارتداد المسلمين. ودرس المطلب الرابع الآيات التي أشارت إلى أن طاعة غير المسلمين خسران وبوار. أما المطلب الخامس فناقش آيات الأمر بالإعراض عن المشركين. وتولى المطلب السادس الآيات التي تحصر العداء في المعتدين دون غيرهم. وانتهى المطلب السابع إلى دراسة الآيات التي تأمر ببر المسالمين من غير المسلمين ومعاملتهم بالقسط والعدل. واشتملت الخاتمة على أهم النتائج وهي أن الموالاة ثلاثة أنواع: موالاة إيمانية منهي عنها، وموالاة حربية منهي عنها ضد المسلمين، وموالاة اجتماعية جائزة بل مستحبة للمسالمين من غير المسلمين.
This research is studying the Verses of Allegiance and Disavowal and the Attitude towards the peaceful Other in Light of The Context and The Reasons of Revelation, with giving more attention to applying the verses significances in the live reality. It is divided into a preface, prelude, seven chapters, conclusion and index of sources. The preface contains a quick look at the issue of Salutation, the previous studies, the paradox of the research, its curriculum, and its parts. Then the prelude discusses the meaning of Allegiance and Disavowal, and suggests a new definition to the concept of Allegiance and Disavowal. The first chapter deals with the verses that prohibit allegiance and cordiality to the infidels and the consequences of their friendship.The second chapter discusses the verses that confine Allegiance to Muslims only, and confines infidels' Allegiance to themselves. The third chapter deals with the verses that refer to non-Muslims hatred towards Muslims and their wishes to Muslims' apostasy. The fourth chapter discusses the verses that mention that obeying non-Muslims will lead Muslims to a great loss. The fifth chapter deals with the verses that order Muslims to turn away from infidels. The sixth chapter discusses the verses that determine hostility in the aggressors and not the others (Non-aggressors). The last chapter deals with verses that direct Muslims to treat non-Muslims with justice, righteousness and fairness. Finally the conclusion contains the results of the research, which ends to clarify that there are three types of Allegiances: Fiducial Allegiance that is forbidden, Military Allegiance that is forbidden against Muslims and Social Allegiance that is permisable or recommended for peaceful Non-Muslims.
