حديث: وفد عبد القيس - دراسة أصولية -

هذا بحث أصولي بعنوان: «حديث وفد عبد القيس -دراسة أصولية-» جعلته في مقدمة، وستة مباحث، وخاتمة اعتمد منهج البحث على دراسة المسائل الأصولية المستنبطة من حديث وفد عبد القيس دراسة أصولية، بذکر موضع الدليل المستنبط منه هذه المسائل، ووجه الدلالة لها المرتبطة بالنص الشرعي؛ ليتبين من خلال هذه الدراسة ثراء النص الشرعي بالشواهد الأصولية، فانتظم فيه عددٌ من المسائل بلغ مجموعها خمس وعشرون مسألة أصولية، ولم يکن الهدف استقصاء جميع المسائل؛ لأن ذلک يُطيل البحث، بل القصد بيان ثراء النصوص الشرعية بالمسائل والشواهد الأصولية. ثم ختمتُ البحث بخاتمةٍ اشتملت على أهم النتائج، وکان من أبرزها: ثراء النصوص الشرعية بالأمثلة الأصولية، وقد تنوع فهم الأصوليين للنص الشرعي واستثماره، وبيان أوجه استدلاله، مما أدى بهم للاحتجاج بالنص الواحد على العديد من المسائل الأصولية. وبلا شک في هذا النوع من البحث التطبيقي تمکين للباحث من ذکر الکثير من الأمثلة على المسألة الأصولية الواحدة، التي لم يذکر لها سوى أمثلة محصورة في جل کتب الأصول.
