فلسطيــن أرض وقف إســـلامي

تناول الباحث في هذا البحث الموسوم بفلسطين أرض وقف إسلامي، مکانة الوقف في فلسطين، وتمسک الفلسطينيين بأرضهم المبارکة، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ببيان ارتباط المسلمين ببيت المقدس، ومواقفهم المشرفة بالرباط فيه. وانتظم عقد البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، حيث تناول التمهيد تعريف الوقف في اللغة والاصطلاح، ومکانة الوقف في فلسطين، أما المبحث الأول فتضمن ارتباط المسلمين ببيت المقدس، وتناول المبحث الثاني مواقف مشرفة للفلسطينيين المرابطين بأرضهم المبارکة، والخاتمة وجاء فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
In this research, the researcher discussed palestine, the land of an islamic endowment, the status of the endowment in palestine, and the palestinians ’adherence to their blessed land. The research contract was organized in an introduction, an introduction, two articles and a conclusion, where the preface dealt with the definition of the endowment in the language and terminology, and the place of the endowment in palestine, while the first study included the association of muslims with the holy house, and the second topic dealt with honorable positions of the palestinians associated with their blessed land, and the conclusion and it contained the most important results and recommendations.
