مدخل إلى دراسة نظرية تطور المصطلح الحديثي: مصطلح الشاذ نموذجاً

تعود أهمية هذا البحث إلى کونه يسعى إلى ما يمکن أن نسميه تصميم نموذج علمي يمکن معه دراسة المصطلحات في علوم الحديث، علاوة على کونه يؤکد الحاجة إلى الدراسات المصطلحية في علوم الشريعة على وجه العموم، وتتأکد الحاجة إلى هذا النوع من البحوث إذا کان من أهم أهدافها محاولة تحريک الرکود المصطلحي الذي ينتاب الدارس لهذا العلم، إذ يظن بعض الباحثين أنه علم جامد قد استوت مصطلحاته, ولم تعد بحاجة إلى مناقشة أو تحليل, فجاءت هذه الدراسة المختصرة کمدخل يحاول أن يؤسس لهذا النوع من البحوث، کما أنه في ذات الوقت يلفت النظر إلى أهمية تحليل النصوص التي أسست لهذا العلم، فهي المعيار الضابط والحاکم على کل الدراسات التي تأتي بعدها، وضرورة رد کل الإشکالات التي تعترض هذا المصطلح إليها.    
the importance of this research to being seeks to what we might call the design of scientific model could study with in the terms of tradition(hadith) science, in addition to being emphasizes the need for the terminological studies in the sharia sciences in general, and makes sure the need for this kind of research as it was of the most important objectives of an attempt move the terminological recession haunt the student of this science, if some researchers think that science rigid have matured terminology and no longer need to discuss or analyze. That is why this brief study was trying to establish as an entry point for this type of research, as it is the same time draws attention to the importance of analysis the texts, which was established for this science,they are criterion and the officer's ruling on all of the studies that come after them, and the need to answer all the problems faced by this term.
