يهدف البحث إلى بيان موقف المسلم من الأمراض والأوبئة المعدية عموماً "فايروس کورونا ((COVID-19"، خصوصاً، ويتکون البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. المقدمـة وتشـتمل علـى موضـوع البحـث، ومشـکلته، وأهميتـه، وهدفـه، ومنهجـه، وإجراءاتـه، وخطته، والدراسات السابقة. مـنهج البحـث: المـنهج الاسـتقرائي والمنهج التحليلي. يتناول البحث تعريف المفردات المتعلقة به- کالوباء والألفاظ ذات الصلة کما تم البحث في أصل الوباء، والحکمة من هذه الأوبئة التي تُصيب الإنسان بعامة والمسلم بخاصة وموقف المسلم من الأوبئة المعدية ومنها "فايروس کورونا ((COVID-19"، من ناحية عقدية. وجمع الأدلة الشرعية التي قد يفهم منها التعارض في الإصابة بالعدوى والتوفيق بينها. وبين الباحث بأن الإصابة بالأوبئة المعدية کله بقضاء الله وقدره، والعبد مأمور باتقاء الشر إذا کان في عافية، وألا يلقي بنفسه في التهلکة، کما وأشار البحث إلى موقف الإسلام من الحجر الصحي. The research aims to clarify the position of the muslim regarding infectious diseases and epidemics in general, “coronavirus ((covid-19”, in particular, and the research consists of an introduction, a preface, three sections and a conclusion. Research methodology: inductive approach and analytical approach the research deals with the definition of vocabulary related to it - such as the epidemic and related terms, as was the research on the origin of the epidemic, the wisdom of these epidemics that affect humans in general and muslims in particular, and the muslim’s position on infectious epidemics, including the “corona virus” covid-19", from a doctrinal point of view, and collecting legal evidence from which it may be understood the contradiction in infection and reconciling them. The researcher stated that the infection of infectious epidemics is all by god's decree and destiny, and the servant is commanded to avoid evil if he is in good health, and not to throw himself into death, as the research indicated the position of islam on quarantine.
