تناول هذا البحث حکم التحالف السياسي والاقتصادي والعسکري مع غير المسلمين لتحقيق مصالح المسلمين, مبينا مدى جواز الاستعانة بغير المسلمين في القتال, ومدى جواز الاستعانة بالمنافقين والفساق والمرجفين ومن على شاکلتهم في القتال , ثم تناول البحث المقابل الذي يستحقه غير المسلمين في مقابل الاستعانة بهم, ومن أي شيء يکون, مبينا حکم استئجار المسلم وغير المسلم على أعمال الحرب والقتال, وحکم بذل الجعل والرضخ لغير المسلمين لقاء معاونتهم للمسلمين في الحرب, و من أي شيء تکون الأجرة أو الجعالة أو الرضخ, ثم خاتمة : تناولت أهم ثمرات البحث وتوصياته.
This research deals with the rule of political, economic and military alliance with non-Muslims to achieve the interests of Muslims, indicating The extent of permissibility to seek the help of non-Muslims in fighting, and The extent of permissibility to seek the help of hypocrites, immoral, and the like, are to be used in fighting, and then dealt with the return that non-Muslims deserve for their assistance, and Whatever it is, indicating the ruling on hiring a Muslim and non-Muslim for acts of war and fighting, and the ruling on giving wage and fare to non-Muslims in return for their assistance to Muslims in war, and from anything the wage, reward, or fare are, then conclusion: I dealt with the most important results of the research and its recommendations.
