اشتمل هذا البحث على بيان معنى النازلة الفقهية والاجتهاد فيها ، وأهمية النظر في هذه النوازل ، والحکم الشرعي لهذا النظر ،وضوابط اعتبار النازلة ، والخطوات التي ينبغي اتباعها لدراسة النازلة ،وما الذي ينبغي الاحتراز منه اثناء ذلک النظر ،وما الذي استجد في عوامل التأثير على النظر في النوازل الفقهية في عصرنا . التمهيد: أهمية دراسة النوازل ، تعريف الاجتهاد لغة واصطلاحا وتعريف النوازل لغة واصطلاحا المباحث الاربعة: الحکم الشرعي للنظر في النازلة عند علماء الشريعة، أهمية دراسة فقه النوازل. ضوابط اعتبار النازلة ، خطوات دراسة النوازل. الخاتمة: وتضمنت جملة النتائج الکلية ،وأبرز التوصيات العلمية.
