طبيعة النص المقرائي ککتاب ديني لا تشابه الکتب الدينية الأخرى؛ حيث اختلطت فيه المادة التاريخية بتفاصيلها الدقيقة مع المادة الدينية بمضامينها التشريعية والعقيدية.
وقد تمت صياغة هذا المزيج المعقد في إطار أدبي وفق نسيج مميز من المقالات الدينية والتاريخية، وتتحد هذه المرکبات معًا لتحقيق هدفين رئيسيين:
أحدهما: التأکيد على ديمومة مفهوم وحدانية الإله، والثاني صياغة حياة آباء بني إسرائيل وتاريخ أبنائه بشکل عام وِفْق أسلوب خاص مشمول بدلالات المثالية والاستقامة.
استکشاف هذا المنهج ودوافعه هو موضوع هذه الدراسة.
The nature of the Jewish Bible as a religious book which is not similar to the other general religious books, in which historical material have been mixed in its detail with religious material; legislation and doctrine, and this complex mixture was formulated in a literary framework that has its distinctive texture which is parallel to the historical and religious articles, and these compounds are united together to achieve two main goals: one of them : The perpetuation of the concept of the oneness of God is always emphasized, and the second: the formulation of the history of the masters of the religion and the history of the Jews and the children of Israel in general in accordance with a special method covered with indications of idealism and integrity.
 Text; exploration of this approach and its motivations is the subject of this study.
