أثر المقاصد الشرعية في العدول عن القول الراجح "فقه الأقليات أنموذجاً"

قد تناولت في هذا البحث أثر المقاصد الشرعية في العدول عن القول الراجح مع الإشارة إلى تطبيقات للعدول عن القول الراجح من فقه الأقليات، وذلک من خلال خطة البحث والتي اشتملت على مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة:
المبحث الأول: التعريف بمصطلحات عنوان البحث؛ المقاصد الشرعية، والعدول عن القول الراجح، والأقليات، والمراد بفقه الأقليات.
المبحث الثاني: حکم العدول عن القول الراجح إلى المرجوح، وأسبابه.
المبحث الثالث: دور المقاصد في العدول عن القول الراجح، وقد بينت فيه أثر المقاصد في الترجيح، وأثرها في العدول عن القول الراجح.
المبحث الرابع: نماذج تطبيقية من فقه الأقليات.
الخاتمة: أوجزت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها.

First search: Definition of the search title terms; Legitimate purposes, and abandoning the correct opinion, and minorities, and what is meant by the jurisprudence of minorities.
The second search: the ruling on converting from the correct opinion to the preferred opinion, and its reasons.
The third search: the role of purposes in converting from the correct saying.
I have shown in it the effect of the purposes in the weighting, and its effect on the converting from the correct saying.
The fourth search: applied models from the jurisprudence of minorities.
Conclusion: I have summarized the most important findings and recommendations.That I have founded
