الاستدلال برسالة عمر بن الخطاب في القضاء على المسائل الأصولية

تَناوَل البحثُ المسائل الأصولية المُستدَل لها برسالة عمر بن الخطاب  إلى أبي موسى الأشعري ، والمعروفة باسم رسالة القضاء، وقد جاء البحثُ لاستقراء هذه المسائل، ثم بيان موضع الاستدلال لها، ووجهِ الدلالة من ذلک، وما يَتبع ذلک من الاعتراض والجواب -إن وُجِد-.
وأتت هذه الدِّراسة بمقدمة، وتمهيد، وتسعة عشر مبحثًا، وخاتمة، وبيان ذلک کالتالي:
التمهيد: تَضمَّنَ متنَ الرسالة، وسندها، ومنزلتها، وأهم الأعمال عليها.
المباحث: ضُمِّنَت المسائلَ الأصولية المستدَل لها برسالة عمر بن
الخطاب .
الخاتمة: تَضمَّنَت أهمَّ النتائج، وأبرزَ التوصيات.
This research sheds light on the fundamental issues inferred by Omar Ibn Al-Khattab’s massage (may Allah be pleased with him) to Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, (may Allah be pleased with him), known as the Judgment massage. The research highlighted the extrapolation of these issues, then clarifying its situation of inference, the significance of that, and the results extracted from objection and answer, if any:
This study consisted of an introduction, a preface, nineteen chapters, and a conclusion. This is stated as follows:
Preface: It included the text of the message, its chain of transmission, its high standing, and the most important books authored upon it.
Chapters: It included fundamentalist issues inferred in the letter of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him.
Conclusion: It included the most important results and the most important recommendations.
