مصطلح المکروه واستعمالاته عند الصحابة  والأئمة الأربعة والأصوليين

هذا البحث بعنوان:( مصطلح المکروه واستعمالاته عند الصحابة  والأئمة الأربعة والأصوليين) يهدف إلى بيان مراد هؤلاء السلف والأئمة بلفظ الکراهة، وتتبع ما أثر عنهم بالدراسة والتحليل، وهو لفظ استشکله بعضهم، واختلف في تعريفه، وهو يدل على حکم شرعي مقصود شرعاً لايشعر بالتناقض کما قد يُتوهم من أن الله تعالى يکره ما يشرّعه لعباده، وقد ورد عند الصحابةکثيراً، سواء فيما نسبه الصحابي إلى نفسه، أوما نُسب إليه من غيره، وهو عندهم مختلف باختلاف المقام الذي أطلقوه فيه بين کراهة التحريم والتنزيه، والأول أغلب، وورد عند الأئمة الأربعة أيضاً للتحريم والتنزيه، وهو عند أبي حنيفة إلى إرادة التحريم أغلب، وأما الأصوليون فتناولوه من حيث المعنى الاصطلاحي والدلالي،باستدعاءالترک لا على وجه الإلزام واستوفوا جوانب الکراهة بدلالاتها المختلفة، فانحصرت عندهم في معانٍ خمسة هي:کراهة التنزيه، وترک ما هو الأولى، وما وقع الشک أو الشبهة في تحريمه، وما يخشى عليه توجه اللوم، وما أريد به معنى التحريم، وقد حررت هذه النتيجة لاستعمالات هذا اللفظ عند من ذکرت مع التوثيق والاستدلال والترجيح والتمثيل، والله الموفق.
The title of this article: " The term makrooh and its uses for the Companions, the four imams, and the fundamentalists ". This research aims to indicates the ruling of these predecessors and imams with the wording of dislike. Moreover, in this article will see how a traces and what influenced them by study and analysis.
