حالات العنف بين الزوجين صورها ومؤثراتها الثقافية والتدخل القانوني لاحتوائها دراسة وصفية تحليلية

يتکوّن هذا البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهارس.
احتوت المقدمة على: مشکلة البحث، وأسئلته، وأهميته، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وصعوباته، ومنهجه، ومجالاته، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث.
أمَّا التمهيد، ففيه عرض موجز لعناية الإسلام بالأسرة عمومًا، والعلاقة الزوجية خصوصًا، ثم التعريف بوحدة الحماية الأسرية، وأدوارها الاجتماعية.
وفي المبحث الأوَّل، تحدثت عن العنف بين الزوجين من خلال تعريفه، وبيان واستعاملاته المصطلحية.
وفي المبـحث الثاني، بينت حجم المشکلة من خلال إحصائية وحدة الحماية الأسرية لحالات العنف بين الزوجين، وصور حالات العنف بين الزوجين.
وفي المبـحث الثالث، تحدثت عن المؤثرات الثقافية في العنف بين الزوجين إيجابًا وسلبًا، وتدخّل مهنة المحاماة لاحتواء العنف بين الزوجين قانونيًا.
ثم الخاتمة، والتي اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها.
وقد أبان البحث عن مشکلة العنف بين الزوجين من ناحية المصطلح واستعمالاته، وأکثر صور العنف بين الزوجين انتشارًا، وأخطر المؤثرات الثقافية السلبية المؤدية لوقوع العنف بين الزوجين، والتدخل القانوني لاحتوائه.
This research consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, a conclusion, and indexes.
The introduction included: the research problem, its questions, its importance, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, its difficulties, its methodology, its fields, its limits, previous studies, and the research plan.
As for the preface, it includes a brief presentation of Islam's care for the family in general, and the marital relationship in particular, then the definition of the family protection unit and its social roles.
In the first topic, I talked about violence between spouses through its definition, statement and terminological uses.
In the second topic, it showed the size of the problem through the family protection unit's statistics on cases of violence between spouses, and pictures of cases of violence between spouses.
In the third topic, she talked about the cultural influences on violence between spouses, positively and negatively, and the legal profession's intervention to contain violence between spouses legally.
Then the conclusion, which included the most important findings and recommendations.
The research showed the problem of violence between spouses in terms of the term and its uses, the most widespread forms of violence between spouses, the most dangerous negative cultural influences leading to violence between spouses, and legal intervention to contain it.
