دور المؤسسات الدينية في المملکة العربية السعودية في مکافحة الإرهاب دراسة مقارنة

لقد سعت الدول بکافة أجهزتها وقطاعاتها إلى تحقيق الأمن الوطني والقومي، ومن أعظم ما يهدد أمن الدول الإرهابـ، فهو جريمة بشعة أثاره، سيئة وعواقبه خطيرة، وقد عانت المملکة العربية السعودية من الإرهاب کغيرها من الدول، وقامت بمکافحته بکل حزم وعزم، ومن الأجهزة التي حاربت الإرهاب المؤسسات الدينية، فلها أعمال مشکورة وجهود مبذولة في مکافحة الإرهاب والحد منه، لأجل ذلک اخترت دراسة هذا الموضوع وجاءت الدراسة بسبعة مباحث، تناولت التعريف بالمفاهيم الأساسية للدراسة ثم تناولت موقف الفقه والقانون من جريمة الإرهاب، وبعدها جاءت في بيان أنواع المؤسسات الدينية في المملکة وبيان اختصاصاتها، ثم جاءت في بيان ضوابط جهود المؤسسات الدينية في مکافحة الإرهاب، ثم تناولت الدراسة جهود المؤسسات الدينية في مکافحتها للإرهاب، ثم جاءت في بيان التدابير والحلول لتطوير جهود المؤسسات الدينية في مکافحتها للإرهاب، وبيان آثار هذه الجهود على الأفراد والمجتمعات ثم ختمت الدراسة بذکر الخاتمة متضمنة أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Countries, all their agencies and sectors, have sought to achieve national and homeland security, and one of greatest threats to security of states is terrorism. It is heinous crime that has ugly impact and serious consequences. like other countries, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has suffered from terrorism, and fought it with determination and persistence, religious institutions is one of agencies that have fought terrorism, they have commendable actions and efforts exerted in combating terrorism and reducing the same, in this study I presented the basic concepts of the jurisprudence position (Fiqh) and law on fighting terrorism crime ,then explain the types of religious institutions in Kingdom and stating its competencies, explaining controls of religious institutions efforts in combating terrorism, and religious institutions efforts in their fight against terrorism, then statement of measures and solutions to develop religious institutions efforts during fighting against terrorism.
