الآثار السلبية للألعاب الإلکترونية على الأطفال وعلاجها في الفقه الإسلامي

يمثل هذا البحث أطروحة لحل مشکلة خطيرة وهي تعريض حياة الأطفال وصحتهم للخطر بعد انتشار الإلکترونيات في هذا العصر، صونا لأطفالنا وفلذات أکبادنا ، وتربيتهم التربية السليمة ، التي تصونهم من أمراض هذه الألعاب ومن الآثار المترتبة على إدمان هذه الألعاب ومنها الأمراض کمرض التوحد ومنها اکتساب الأخلاق المذمومة وغير ذلک ،وبيان بعض أحکام هذه الألعاب الفقهية ، وبيان أهمية وضرورة اللعب للأطفال, لأن اللعب ضروري للطفل ؛ لأنه ينمي شخصيته العقلية والفکرية والوجدانية . ويتکون البحث من مقدمة ، وثلاث مباحث وخاتمة مشتملة على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال البحث، وتوصيات ،وتناولت الباحثة في المبحث الأول التعريف بمفردات البحث والتأصيل له ، وقسمته إلى مطالب وضحت من خلالها مفهوم اللعب ،وحکمه، وأهميته ، ومفهوم الألعاب الإلکترونية وحکمها . وتناولت الباحثة في المبحث الثاني ضوابط الألعاب الإلکترونية الخاصة والعامة ، وتناولت الباحثة في المبحث الثالث : بعض آثار الألعاب الإلکترونية على الطفل ، وقسمته إلى مطالب وضحت من خلالها : التوحد وعلاماته وسبل علاجه في الأطفال، والتنمر والاستغلال الجنسي وانتهت الباحثة إلى نتائج مهمة وتوصيات ، لخصت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه في بحثها وأعقبتها بتوصيات وجهتها للجهات المعنية بضرورة الرجوع إلى الشرع الحکيم في ضوابط هذه الألعاب الإلکترونية .
This research is a thesis of aserious proplem which is endangering the life and health of children after the spread of electronics in this era to protect our children and livers from the diseases of these games such as autism and the acquisition of bad morals , etc and protect them from the effects of addiction of these games and raise them asound wpbringing. This research offers some jurisprudential provisions and shows the importance of games for children because they develop their mental intellectual and emotional personality. The research consists of an introduction,three sections and aconclusion that includes the most important results and recommenditions drawn from this research. The first section deals with the definition of search vocabulary and their referential concepts.It is divided into demands in which she explains the concept of play, It is provision and importance and also the definition of electironic games and their jurisprudential provisions. The second section deals with the private and public controls of electironic games. The third section deals with some of electironic games effects on children. It is divided into demands in which she explains autism, its signs,treatments for children,bullying and sexual abuse. The researcher has come up with the important results and recommenditions in which she summarizes what she has come up with in her researche followed by recommenditions addressed to the concerned parties with the necessity of relying on the wise sharia to know the controls of these electironic games.
