حکم محادثة المخطوبة عبر وسائل الإتصال الحديثة

الهدف من البحث: توضيح الحکم الفقهي في نازلة محادثة المخطوبة عبر وسائل الإتصال الحديثة. المنهج المتبع: استخدمت المنهج الإستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي في البحث. بدأت البحث بمقدمة وضحت فيها أهمية، وأهداف، ومشکلة البحث، ثم الدراسات السابقة في ذلک الموضوع، ثم قسمت البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث: خُصص المبحث الأول في تصور النازلة، واشتمل على مطلبين، الأول: في تعريف المخطوبة، والثاني: في أنواع وسائل الإتصال الحديثة التي تحدث بين المخطوبين، وخُصص المبحث الثاني في التکييف الفقهي لتلک النازلة، واشتمل على مطلبين، الأول: التکييف الفقهي للمحادثة المرئية عبر وسائل الإتصال الحديثة، والثاني: التکييف الفقهي للمحادثة الصوتية والمکتوبة عبر وسائل الإتصال الحديثة، وخصص المبحث الثالث في حکم محادثة المخطوبة عبر وسائل الإتصال الحديثة، واشتمل على مطلبين، الأول: حکم المحادثة المرئية مع المخطوبة، والثاني: حکم المحادثة الصوتية والمکتوبة مع المخطوبة، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم الضوابط التي ينبغي مراعاتها في المحادثة مع المخطوبة، وذيلت البحث بخاتمة تم فيها إيضاح أهم النتائج وأهم التوصيات ثم فهرس المصادر والمراجع.
The aim of the research: To clarify the jurisprudential ruling in the case of the fiancée’s conversation through modern means of communication. Approach: The inductive, descriptive, and analytical method was used in the research. The research began with an introduction in which the importance, objectives, and problem of the research were clarified, then previous studies on that subject, then the research was divided into three sections: The second topic was devoted to the jurisprudential conditioning of that calamity, and included two demands, the first: the jurisprudential adaptation of the visual conversation through modern means of communication, and the second: the jurisprudential conditioning of the audio and written conversation through modern means of communication, and the third topic was devoted to the ruling of the fiancée’s conversation through the means of communication. Modern communication, and it included two demands, the first: the ruling on the visual conversation with the fiancée, and the second: the ruling on the audio and written conversation with the fiancée, then the research concluded with the most important controls that should be taken into account in the conversation with the fiancée, and the research ended with a conclusion in which the most important results and the most important recommendations were clarified and then the sources index and references.
