طرق إثبات الأحکام الشرعية من القرآن الکريم عرضًا وتأصيلاً

القرآن الکريم کتاب الله المبين، ومعجزته الباقية، أنزله الله لهداية الناس، وفي کل آية من القرآن هدايةً ربانية للبشرية جمعاء، وهي هدايات عامة، فلم تترک جانبا من جوانب الحياة إلا بيَّنت طريق الرشاد فيه، ومحور هذه الهدايات هو تصحيح العقيدة، وتقويم السلوک، ولقد تنوعت أساليب القرآن في بيان تلک الهدايات، ولهذا فقد رأيتُ من الأهمية بحث جانبًا منها، وهي تلک التي تتعلق بالأحکام الشرعية العملية؛ ليبقى القرآن الکريم دستورا يقوم عليه صلاح الأمة، فکان لابد من دراسة هذا الموضوع في بحث علمي رصين؛ يعالج هذا الموضوع، فکتبت فيه بحثا وقسيمه إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وقد ذکرت في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع، وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه، وذکرت في التمهيد تعريف آيات الأحکام، وعددها، وجهود العلماء في بيانها وتأثرها بالمذاهب الفقهية، وذکرت المبحث الأول تنوع الدلالة على الأحکام، وذکرت في المبحث الثاني اقتران الأحکام بعللها وحکمها وغيرهما في الذکر، کالعقيدة والقصص، وبضرب الأمثال.....الخ، وذکرت في المبحث الثالث منهج القرآن في عرض وتفريق الأحکام، وذکرت في المبحث الرابع منهج القرآن في التدرج في تشريع الأحکام، ثم ذکرت الخاتمة وهي تشتمل على أهم نتائج البحث، وثبت بأسماء المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات، والله الموفق وحده المستعان وعليه التکلان.  
The Noble Qur’an is the clear book of God, and its enduring miracle, God sent it down to guide people, and in every verse of the Qur’an there is a divine guidance for all of humanity, and they are general gifts. The methods of the Qur’an in explaining these gifts varied, and for this reason, I found it important to discuss some of them, which are those related to practical legal rulings; In order for the Noble Qur’an to remain a constitution upon which the goodness of the nation is based, it was necessary to study this topic in a sober scientific research; It deals with this topic, so I wrote a research in it and divided it into an introduction, a preface, four sections, and a conclusion. Diversity of indications of rulings, and I mentioned in the second section the association of rulings with their causes and rulings and others in the remembrance, such as belief and stories, and by multiplication of proverbs ..... etc., and I mentioned in the third topic the approach of the Qur’an in presenting and differentiating rulings, and I mentioned in the fourth topic the Qur’an’s approach to gradualness in legislation The provisions, then the conclusion was mentioned, which includes the most important results of the research, and it is proven by the names of the sources and references, and the index of topics, and God is the only conciliator, the helper, and the one who trusts him.
