أحکام الزنا وآثاره في الفقه الإسلامي

إن البحث عمل بشري, وکل عمل بشري يضع صاحبه منهج يتبعه ويسير علي نهجه وخطاه, حتي يخرج إلي حيز الوجود, وقد التزمت في بحثي منهج محدد وملزم ,وحاولت علي قدر المستطاع عدم التجاوز والتعدي عنه, إلا ما کان علي سبيل الخطأ أو النسيان ,وهو منهج وسط بين التحليلي والاستقرائي, ولقد بحثت بين ثنايا الکتب بادئة بالقرآن الکريم ,وتفاسيره, ثم السنة النبوية ,وشروحها بما فيها من أحکام, والکتب الفقهية المختلفة بمذاهبها المتعددة, مستنتجة آراء الفقهاء مع عقد المقارنات الفقهية, ومناقشة آراء الفقهاء, ثم أقوم بتوضيح, الرأي الراجح والمختار ,ولقد استعنت بکتب, لأستخراج الکلمة المختلفة , واستعنت بالعديد من الکتب الحديثة في المجالات المختلفة, منها الطب والفلسفة, وعلم الاجتماع, وعلم النفس, واستخدمت بعض المجلات العلمية , ودخلت علي العديد من المواقع ,علي شبکة الانترنت ,واستندت منها ما يعينني علي البحث.
