فلسفة المواطنة رؤية في المفهوم والحقوق والواجبات

إن المواطنة مبدأ ثابت حث عليها الإسلام، وحق المواطنة يکفل أن يکون المواطنين متساوون في الحقوق والواجبات، بغض النظر عن الدين أو العرق أو العنصر، وهي من المبادئ التي قامت عليها الحضارة الإسلامية، فعلى مدار التاريخ الإسلامي نجد أن الإسلام قد کَفَل لأصحاب الديانات الأخرى حرية الاعتقاد، والتعبد، فلکل أهل دين دينهم لا يجبر على ترکه، ولهم حرية الرأي والتعبير بدون إيذاء الآخرين. ولقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى تمهيد وثلاث مباحث وخاتمة: أما التمهيد: فتکلمت فيه عن مصطلحات البحث وهي المواطنة والحق والواجب. والمبحث الأول: تکلمت فيه عن التأصيل الشرعي للمواطنة في ضوء الکتاب والسنة، باستقراء الأدلة الشرعية من کتاب الله عز وجل ومن سنة الحبيب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. والمبحث الثاني: تکلمت فيه عن حقوق المواطنة، سواء حقوق المواطنة العامة في الإسلام أما الحقوق السياسية للمواطنة: المبحث الثالث: تکلمت فيه عن واجبات المواطنة فهناک واجبات أساسية للدولة الإسلامية، وهناک واجبات للحاکم، وواجبات للمواطن الذي يعيش في الدولة الإسلامية، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات
Citizenship is a fixed principle urged by Islam, and the right to citizenship guarantees that citizens are equal in rights and duties, regardless of religion, race, or race, and it is one of the principles upon which Islamic civilization was built. Throughout Islamic history, we find that Islam has guaranteed freedom for owners of other religions. Belief, and worship, for all people of their religion are not forced to abandon it, and they have freedom of opinion and expression without harming others. I divided this research into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion: As for the introduction: I spoke about the search terms, namely, citizenship, right and duty. The first topic: I talked about the legal rooting of citizenship in light of the Book and the Sunnah, by extrapolating the legal evidence from the Book of God Almighty and from the Sunnah of the Beloved Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. The second topic: I talked about the rights of citizenship, whether it is the rights of public citizenship in Islam as for the political rights of citizenship: The third topic: I talked about the duties of citizenship, there are basic duties for the Islamic state, and there are duties for the ruler, and duties for the citizen who lives in the Islamic state, and then I concluded the research with the most important findings and recommendations
