سبب النزول وأثره في اختلاف الفقهاء

هناک اختلاف في فروع الشريعة فرضته الضرورة تحقيقا لمصالح العباد وتيسيرا لهم ورحمة بهم وهذا الاختلاف يقرر الشرع ويؤيده العقل ، قال تعالى [وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّکَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً ۖ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ ] ( ) وقال رسول الله  ( اختلاف أمتي رحمة ) ( ) .
 ولکن قد يستغرب غير المتخصصين في علوم الشريعة الاختلاف الذي حدث بين العلماء وخاصة مذاهب أهل السنة والجماعة لاعتقادهم أن القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية لا يفهمان إلا بطريقة واحدة وأن الحق واحد لا يتعدد فلماذا التعدد في الأقوال ولماذا لا يؤخذ بقول واحد يسير عليه المسلمون لأن هذا الاختلاف يؤدي إلى التناقض في الشرع .
