اختلاف شُرّاح کتاب سيبويه في وقوع لفظ (اللّيل) جوابًا لـ(متى). دراسة وصفيّة تحليليّة

يقوم هذا البحث على تحقيق الرأي الرّاجح في بيان مراد سيبويه من عبارته في قوله: (سير عليه الليل، تعني ليل ليلتک، وتجري على الأصل)؛ حيث تضمن ظاهرها جواز وقوع لفظ (الليل) جوابًا لـ(متى)، وهو على خلاف ما تدل عليه نصوص سيبويه الأخرى المانعة لذلک، ممّا أدّى إلى وقوع الخلاف فيها بين شُرّاح الکتاب وبعض النحويين في تفسيرها؛ مما اقتضى دراسة تلک العبارة وتحليلها؛ وذلک من خلال تقصّي آراء العلماء فيها، بدءًا بسيبويه، ثم بمن تناولها من شراح کتابه؛ ومَن اتّبعهم من النحويين؛ حتى خلص البحث بعد الدراسة والمناقشة إلى تحقيق الرأي الراجح في بيان مراد سيبويه من عبارته، الجاري على سَنن نصوصه وأدلته.
This research is based on reviewing the correct view in indicating the purpose of Sibawayh in his statement “The darkness caught up with him, namely it darkens your night. It is measured according to the original). As it appears to include the permissibility of positioning the word “night” a response to “when”, which is contrary to what is indicated by other Sibawayh’s texts prohibiting such things. That led to a disagreement on it between the book reviewers/explainers and the grammarians in their interpretation. Therefore, it becomes a necessity to study and analyze that statement through investigating the scholars’ opinions about it, beginning with Sibawayh, then those who dealt with it from the reviewers/explainers of his book and who followed them of the grammarians. So that the research, after study and discussion, concluded to the most correct opinion in indicating the purpose of Sibawayh’s statement, having discussed and analyzed according to his texts nature and evidences.
