الاسْتِدَامَةُ المَائِيَّةُ فِي ضَوْءِ السُنَّةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ

الماء أيسر موجود وأغلى مفقود وهو أهم ما يتوجب المحافظة عليه في الوجود, ولقد أدرک العالم أهمية الماء والدعوة لاستدامته والمحافظة عليه, وهو مورد أساسي يلعب دورًا کبيرًا في غاية الحساسية والخطورة, ويطبع بصماته في مختلف مظاهر الحياة على وجه الأرض, ويشکل أهم عناصر البيئة, ويعتبر الماء العامل الأساسي الذي ترتکز عليه حياة الإنسان وجميع نشاطاته المختلفة, وأنَّ الماء أصل الحياة, وأن الحياة لا تستدام إلا به.
وتهدف الدراسة لبيان أساليب السنة النبوية في تحقيق الاستدامة المائية, وذلک باتباع الأساليب الوقائية والإجرائية, وإيجاد حلول عملية في تحقيق الاستدامة المائية وذلک من خلال السنة النبوية.
واتبعت الدراسة المنهج البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي, وذلک بتتبع ما کتب حول الموضوع قديمًا وحديثًا واستخراج أساليب السنة النبوية الوقائية والإجرائية في تحقيق الاستدامة المائية, مع مراعاة المنهج العلمي المتبع في کتابة الأبحاث وعزو الآيات القرآنية, وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية والحکم عليها, وتوثيق الآراء الفقهية من مصادرها الأصلية.
وخلصت الدراسة لوجود مهددات تهدد الاستدامة المائية: کالزيادة السکانية مع ثبات الموارد المائية, وارتفاع مستوى المعيشة, وهدر المياه بالسرف أو التلوث
أو الاستعمال الخاطئ للمياه, وانخفاض الوعي المائي, وأرشدت السنة النبوية لوسائل في تحقيق الاستدامة المائية ما بين وسائل وقائية أخرى إجرائية, وترتب على الاستدامة المائية آثار في مختلف مجالات الحياة, سواء الاقتصادية
أو السياسية أو الاجتماعية أو الصحية, وذلک مما ينم على أهمية تحقيق الاستدامة المائية وانعکاسها على الحياة.

The study aims to demonstrate the methods of the Prophet’s Sunnah in achieving water sustainability, by following preventive and procedural methods, and finding practical solutions in achieving water sustainability through the Prophet’s Sunnah
The study followed the research method, the deductive inductive approach, by tracing what was written on the subject, old and new, and extracting the preventive and procedural methods of the Prophet’s Sunnah in achieving water sustainability, taking into account the scientific method used in writing research and attributing Qur’anic verses, producing and judging prophetic hadiths, and documenting jurisprudential opinions from their sources The original
The study concluded that there are threats that threaten water sustainability: such as population increase with the stability of water resources, the rise in the standard of living, the waste of water by wastage, pollution, or the wrong use of water, and the decrease in water awareness. Water sustainability impacts in various areas of life, whether economic, political, social or health, which indicates the importance of achieving water sustainability and its impact on life.
