النسخ في القرآن الکريم بين المثبتين والمنکرين

هذا البحث يدور حول قضية النسخ في القرآن الکريم، وأهميتها.
کما وضح البحث أن هناک علاقة بين المعنى اللغوي والمعنى الاصطلاحي في تعريف النسخ، کما بين البحث أن هناک فرقًا بين النسخ والتخصيص والاستثناء والنسء والبداء، وخلص البحث إلى أنه لا يعتد في معرفة الناسخ والمنسوخ على اجتهاد المجتهد من غير سند، أو على ثبوت أحد النصين قبل الآخر في المصحف.
ومن أهم الأمور التي نص عليه البحث أيضًا أن الشريعة الإسلامية ناسخة لجميع الشرائع؛ وذلک لأن الشريعة الإسلامية کاملة تفي بحاجات الإنسانية منذ بعثة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وحتى يوم القيامة، وأيضًا نص البحث على أن الحکم المنسوخ إذا کان أشد وأصعب من النسخ، فالحکمة منه ترجع إلى التيسير، أما إذا کان الحکمان متساويان، فالحکمة هي الاختبار، ونص البحث أيضًا على أن الآيات المنسوخة الحکم الباقية التلاوة عشرون آية فقط.
This research deals with the issue of transcription in the Noble Qur’an. The research focuses on the importance of studying the topic of transcription.
The research also clarified that there is a relationship between the linguistic meaning and the idiomatic meaning in the definition of abrogation, and the research showed that there is a difference between copying, assignment, exception, women and beginning. Before the other in the Koran.
One of the most important things that the research stipulated is that Islamic law abrogates all laws. This is because Islamic Sharia is complete and fulfills the needs of humanity from the mission of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, until the Day of Resurrection, and also the research stipulated that if the abrogated ruling is more severe and more difficult than copying, then the wisdom of it is due to facilitation, but if the two judgments are equal, then wisdom is the test. The research also stated that the abrogated verses of the ruling that remain in the recitation are twenty verses only.
