دور الرقابة الإدارية في کفاءة الأداء الوظيفي بالقطاع الصناعي السوداني (دراسة حالة شرکة النيل للبوهيات – بولاية الخرطوم)

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور الرقابة الإدارية على الأداء الوظيفي، دراسة حالة شرکة النيل للبوهيات في ولاية الخرطوم. حيث اختبرت الدراسة فرضيتان هما: هنالک علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الوسائل المتبعة في العملية الرقابية والأداء الوظيفي في شرکة النيل للبوهيات، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة بين أنظمة الرقابة الإدارية والأداء الوظيفي في شرکة النيل للبوهيات، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أسلوب دراسة الحالة، وتم توزيع (118)، استمارة استبيان علي عينة من العاملين في مجال صناعة البوهيات تم اختيارها بصورة عشوائية وتم جمع (100)، استمارة منها بنسبة (85%)، تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها: تلعب الوسائل التقنية المستخدمة في عملية الرقابة دوراً في تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي، أن اعتماد الرقابة الإدارية علي الآليات الحديثة يضعف دورها في الأداء الوظيفي، أن استخدام وسائل الإشراف يساعد علي تطوير الأداء الوظيفي بالشرکة، ومن توصيات الدراسة: الاهتمام بوسائل الرقابة التقنية في عملية الرقابة لأنها تلعب دوراً في تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي. التقليل من اعتماد الرقابة الإدارية على الآليات الحديثة لضعفها في التأثير على الأداء الوظيفي، استخدام وسائل الإشراف لأنها تساعد على تطوير الأداء الوظيفي.       
This study aimed to identify the Role of management controlling on functional performance (case study in the Paints Companies – Khartoum State). The study tested two hypotheses, which are: There is a significant relation between management control means, which used and the functional performance in the Sudanese Paints Companies in Khartoum State, There is a significant relation between controlling systems and the functional performance in the Sudanese Paints Companies in Khartoum State. The analytical analysis method (case study) has been used, and the researchers distributed (118) questionnaire forms among some of the workers selected randomly (100) Forms were collected as (85%) Statistical package of social sciences programmer (SPSS) used for analyzing data. The study reached some findings from which are: the management controlling means play role in effectiveness of the functional performance, the depending of modern in management control makes poor functional performance, using supervision means help in promoting the performance in the company. The study recommended to: giving care to machines of controlling means, because of its role in effective management controlling, ducting the depend up on modern in management controlling for theirs weakness effecting in functional using supervision means, because of its assist in developing the functional performance.
