أحکامُ إحدادِ المُسلِمةِ دراسةٌ فقهيةٌ

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الأحکام الشرعية المتعلقة بإحداد المرأة المسلمة المتوفي عنها زوجها، سواء کانت حاملا أو حائلا، مدخولا بها أو غير مدخول، وتوضيح شروط وأحکام الإحداد، وما تجتنبه الحادة على زوجها المتوفي، مع جمع الأحکام الشرعية المتفرقة التي لا غنى عنها للکثير حتى لا يقعوا في المخالفات الشرعية، أو الخلط بين الجائز وغير الجائز، والمحرم والمباح بعد وفاة الزوج، سواء ما هو مالي، أو معنوي،
أو اجتماعي.
This research aims to clarify the legal rulings related to mourning for a Muslim woman whose husband has died, whether she is pregnant or with a barrier, whether she is consummated or not, and clarifying the terms and provisions of mourning, and what she avoids sharply on her deceased husband, with the collection of the various legal rulings that are indispensable to many even They do not fall into Sharia violations, or mix between permissible and impermissible, forbidden and permissible after the death of the husband, whether it is financial, moral, or social.
