المصطلحات والألقاب الحديثية في کتاب التمهيد لما في الموطأ من المعاني والأسانيد لابن عبد البر الأندلسي(463هـ) دراسة إحصائية تحليلية

يعدُّ کتاب "التمهيد" من أمات کتب شروح الحديث الشريف، فهو بما يتناوله مرجعاً مهماً ومصدراً ملهماً لطلاب العلم؛ ذلک لأنه قد جمع في طياته بين الصناعتين الحديثية والفقهية بأسلوب علمي رصين ومنهج متکامل في شرح الحديث، أسس به ابن عبد البر مدرسة لمن يأتي بعده ليتخرج فيها کل من رام الجمع بين الفقه والحديث. وعليه فقد رأينا أن نقف على المصطلحات والألقاب الحديثية في کتاب التمهيد، باعتباره من أهم وأشهر کتب ابن عبد البر قاطبةً؛ إذ يلاحظ في کتاب التمهيد لابن عبد البر وجود عدد کبير من المصطلحات والألقاب الحديثية، مثل التدليس – المنقطع-المسند – المتصل -الموقوف – المرفوع – الصحيح- الحسن -الثابت – المحفوظ – المجود- المضطرب – الضعيف- المتواتر- المشهور- الفرد- الغريب -الشاذ- العلول- المنسوخ- المدرج – بلاغات مالک -المنکر- الموضوع- المتروک- المتابعة- الاعتبار...إلخ، ولهذه المصطلحات والألقاب دلالات واستخدامات عند ابن عبد البر في کتابه، قد تتوافق مع ما ذکره المحدثون، وقد تختلف من جهة الاستعمال والتوظيف والتوصيف. ومن هذا المنطلق فإن هذا البحث يحاول التعريف بابن عبد البر ومکانته بين المشتغلين بعلم الحديث، وکتابه التمهيد لما في الموطأ من المعاني والأسانيد، وکذلک بمنهجه، واستخدامه لتلک الألقاب والمصطلحات، وکيف ومتى وأين وظفها، ويعرض البحث لبعض الأحاديث التي ذکرها ابن عبد البر، وغير ذلک مما يأتي في هذا البحث.
The book “Al-Tamheed” is considered one of the most important books of explanations of the noble hadith, and with what it deals with, it is an important reference and an inspiring source for students of knowledge. This is because he has combined the hadith and jurisprudence industries in a sober scientific manner and an integrated approach to explaining hadith, with which Ibn Abd al-Bar established a school for those who come after him to graduate in it all who wanted to combine jurisprudence and hadith. Accordingly, we have seen that we stand on the modern terminology and titles in the book Al-Tamheed, as it is one of the most important and most famous books of Ibn Abd al-Bar as a whole; It is noted in Ibn Abd al-Barr’s al-Tamheed book that there are a large number of hadith terms and titles, such as fraudulently – interrupted – musnad – connected – suspended – marfoo’ – right-hassan-al Thabit-al-Mahfud-al-Majjud – turbulent – weak – mutawaatir – well-known – individual – strange. - abnormal - al-'lul - abrogated - inserted - reports of Malik - al-munkar - subject - abandoned - follow-up - consideration...etc. These terms and titles have connotations and uses according to Ibn Abd al-Barr in his book, they may correspond to what the modernists mentioned, and they may differ in terms of usage. recruitment and description. From this point of view, this research attempts to define Ibn Abd al-Barr and his position among those who work in the science of hadith, and his book al-Tawheed for the meanings and chains of transmission in al-Muwatta, as well as his approach, and his use of those titles and terms, and how, when and where he employed them, and the research presents some of the hadiths mentioned by Ibn Abd al-Bar, and others. That is what comes in this research
